Brian helped us with a new water softener. From his first initial visit, he demonstrated diligence and care. He ensured that his quote covered our needs, including a walk through the crawlspace to get actual eyes on our pipes. He explained how the system works for us, and made installation process very simple. The little touches, like taking extra care that the deadbolt on our door didn't hit the doorframe and sweeping the floor before and after installation, really made it feel like a personalized service and not just a job. Highly recommend!

This company is legit! Family owned and extremely focused on their customers. Their Lead Technician, Brian, is a rockstar!!! I can’t say enough about his skills and professionalism. I’m the Facility Manager for a club on Broadway that is a massive 40k sqft venue. We don’t just let anyone do work out here, but these guys are great and do a phenomenal job every time. They arrive on time, do the job, and handle anything else that arises right there on the spot. I don’t have to wait weeks for invoices, they come right after the job is completed and we get them paid right after. This is the first time I’ve used Plumbing Pro to handle a plumbing project at our townhouse. Brian did the service work replacing my outdoor sill cock. BEST Plumbing Co In Town!!! Arrived to my vacation home in Franklin for a well deserved break and found myself with no hot water! Called Plumbing Pro and they had a technician out same day! I was given a 4 hour window and the guys arrived in the beginning of the window which was awesome! Eli and Brian were professional and very informative. Gave me a couple options and I decided to just replace the water heater so I didn't have to worry about no hot water when I visit in the winter! They installed my new water heater right then and there and I was up and running! About an hour later the owner Lyndsey called me to make sure everything was up to par! That's right the owner called just to ensure I was pleased with the service! I'm not in town often but they will be my only call for all future needs on my vacation home! TY guys so much for making what would of ruined my vacation into such a pleasurable experience!

I had several places quote me for a whole new water heater unit. Rest assured it was just the heating element that needed replace because it was as old as the house and was covered in build up from hard water! Would have costed me a lot more money had I trusted some other companies who will be receiving a much different review. Not to mention, the team here with PlumbingPro are very nice and to the point, charismatic and lively. Other companies’ employees are very robotic and really make it feel like a burden to be helping. All round VERY impressed with these guys. I’ll be calling them for all my plumbing needs!

Finding Lyndsey and her PlumbingPro team was truly an answer to prayer! My plumbing needs were a bit out of the ordinary, as the work was for a trailer that would become my new Mobile Café — but they helped me figure everything out with ease. They installed permanent water tanks, a sink and faucet, a drinking water filter and faucet, a pump, water heater, and a complete filling and drainage system. Throughout the entire process, they were kind, professional, and clear, so I always knew what to expect from the proposal onward. I had Brian out to my house which I recently bought and have a tankless water heater which I was unsure was cleaned and flushed last! I called and plumbing pro had Brian in route to me SAME DAY! My gas fireplace stopped working last year, and with the storm coming in last week, I reached out to PlumbingPro. Brian came out and fixed it right away. This was the second company I had out. The first company had no idea what they were doing, which had me pretty worried. With the risk of losing power and not having heat, I was really stressed. Sure enough, we did lose power but thankfully Brian made the repairs the day before the storm hit. My family was incredibly grateful. That fireplace kept us warm throughout the outage.

I submitted 5 messages via Google's messaging service. 2 responded with, we will reach out within 24 hours (they didn't), 1 said call us, and 1 never responded. However, PlumbingPro is the ONLY one that called and it was within 10 minutes. Lyndsey was kind, professional and explained next steps clearly. Technician that came to service was courteous, timely and reviewed the work he did. I highly recommend PlumbinPro and they will be our go to plumber.

A hidden gem in Nashville!! Brian is so thorough and always comes prepared ahead of time with any materials or notes I provide. He takes a comprehensive approach and I feel confident with his assessment and troubleshooting. His service notes and videos are always thorough. Communicating with the team is very seamless too. We had a few older toilets that we needed replaced and this team was able to get us scheduled quickly, they showed up on time, did a great job installing/cleaning and got our bathrooms up and running.
