Make this your first and only call. I truly wish I had found Brandon and his team before bringing in other plumbers and even a foundation repair company. It would’ve saved me so much time, money, and stress. Brandon is hands-down the most knowledgeable expert in the leak detection and plumbing repair industry. He identified the issue almost immediately, walked me through the plan to fix it, and had a crew on-site faster than I thought possible. And the cleanup? Incredible. I was honestly nervous about how my yard would look after replacing the main line, but they left it looking just as good, if not better than before they started. Brandon and his crew have absolutely earned my trust and my business for life.

Joey came out for a simple, fast, and quickly fixed an issue. Was awesome to learn what the issue so quickly. Was able to get parts and fix in less the the time quoted. Super kind and got an amazing quote for future work. Joey was extremely professional with the work he did while maintaining an excellent job.

Just had my pool leak fixed. Felipe and Daniel did a fantastic job on both the plumbing and the cement work. We got prompt, knowledgable and friendly service.

Had an appointment with Joey. Called to tell us he couldn't make it due to being too far and asked for pictures instead to provide an estimate. We texted over pictures. Said he had a busy day and would get pricing back to us. Never did. We ended up hiring another company.

States 24 hours service but no one available during the weekend. False advertising.

After studying all the reviews on two or three companies, I opted to give this newer company a chance, since they has only 4 reviews (positive) and since there were complaints from all the others about price gouging, etc. The secretary was fabulous on the phone, you could tell it wasn't a chop shop with a bunch of telemarketers taking calls. That was good. I THOUGHT. Smaller company, new, needing to build reviews and customers. I explained I had a lot of rental properties and WOULD give a review. Maybe the first clue I didn't recognize was they COULD COME the very next morning at 9am when all the others said about a week. As I am not an early riser, getting up for this cost me a night of sleep, but after a week of my son shutting off and on the water at the main, I was pretty desperate. My son waited at his house for them. I got a call at 9:30 to say he would BE THERE in 20 minutes. So that's an hour later than they said. Oh well, not a big deal. The plumber sounded nice on the phone. The entire house is 600 sq ft, so no one is floating in big chunks of cash here! He got there and just to REPAIR/REBUILD the stem for the tub and snake the bathroom sink, he called back to say $395. It's a free estimate, luckily. I had spent two plus hours the day before deciding on this company. Online I noticed the national average to REPLACE THE ENTIRE UNIT, not just put a couple new washers, pins in an old cartridge, averaged $100-$250. Replacing an old cartridge, as found on YouTube doesn't take many tools, nor much time. There are several videos that show how easy it is to replace, but since I'm in another city from my son's house, I was willing to pay for a plumber to deal with it, rather than do it myself. I'm highly disappointed in a bid that demonstrates the reason why plumbers and plumbing companies have such bad reputations, why it is so hard to find one without really bad reviews. I'm certain the plumber, who said he was a journeyman, could have pulled out the cartridge and "rebuilt" it, meaning putting in new washers and maybe a pin, within less than an hour, maybe 15 minutes? BUT REALLY? And their office is very nearby, so it's not about the "TRIP" cost. It seems to me people are going to wise up and realize MOST plumbing problems can be much more simple than they think, don't require "plumbers tools", and can be done for a fraction of a cost, and then plumbers will lose out in the end, due to the incredible greed of the industry. I am on my way, an hour plus away, to repair the leaking tub spout. It's a day out of my life I didn't want to give up. I would have paid $250, the max end of the national average for REPLACING THE ENTIRE UNIT, even though he was only going to put in a couple washers and pins to an old existing cartridge and snake the sink (replace the trap with plastic one). The fact that I am looking for a plumber for my rental properties had zero weight, apparently. They LOST TONS OF MONEY by overbidding this job. They lost a positive review. I could be done with this problem and been able to do what I had planned for today, but...And so I thought it right to take the time to share this experience. I have learned that smaller plumbing projects are doable by anyone who can follow directions. I should have checked on YouTube first, that's the bottom line.

We had an excellent experience working with Utah Leak Locate and Plumbing Utah. We've had a small water leak in our front yard from our irrigation or the water main for some time that we were unable to diagnose and repair ourselves. I called Utah Leak Locate after reading many awesome reviews and Brandon, the owner, came out within the hour and immediately diagnosed the problem out front and a bigger problem we didn't even know we had with our water heater inside. The water heater was old and cracked due to a faulty pressure reducer valve. I really hadn't noticed the water on the floor since it's not an area we regularly enter. He offered a reasonable price for all the work so we opted to update to a tankless water heater and replace the water main rather than do a patch job. A crew from Plumbing Utah showed up the very next day and diligently worked on the repairs. Shane leads the excavation team and he was very professional keeping us informed as the day progressed. The water main took a little extra time due to the huge amount of rock in this area which required heavy equipment, but the workers were courteous and efficient and spent a lot of time replacing the sod and cleaning the yard up. Shane and the crew even power washed the driveway to remove all traces of the work they had been doing. We STRONGLY recommend this excellent company.

It has been a pleasure working with this company! We had a leak in our 1971 fiberglass pool that no one seemed to want to fix. The skimmer and part of the pipe at the bottom needed replacing. We tried working with Precision Pools and Spas. They were terrible to work with. They originally quoted us for the job but then the day they were going to fix it they backed out and said they were uncomfortable fixing our pool leak. They had the worst communication skills. Then I called around to so many people and no one seemed to be able to help with our problem. Then I found Brandon. He is the best! He responded quickly and we received a quote and a scheduled date of repair within a day. He has always been easy and quick to reach to answer any questions or concerns we had. This company was willing, determined, and confident in their ability to fix our problem! We did run across a road block but we were able to work things out and they were able to keep going and solve the problems we were having, being an old ‘71 pool that it is. Definitely highly recommend these guys work! They are pros at solving problems and getting work done well!

I highly recommend Plumbing Utah! I called Plumbing Utah recently to help me with a sewer main replacement issue in Heber City, Ut. Ron responded very quickly to my online request and I was quite impressed with the immediate response. I have tried to get other companies to respond but they seemed uninterested or simply did not return my calls. Ron was very professional and explained what exactly was needed for the repair/replacement of the main line. The finished job looks very nice and great care was taken to restore the lawn back to the original condition as best as possible! If anyone is looking for a plumbing contractor that is professional, knowledgeable and prompt and will do what he says when he said he would, Ron is the man to call! I called several different plumbing companies in my area and without a doubt Plumbing Utah Heating and Air was the most reliable, decent priced, fastest service, and the most professional. I 100% recommend Heath, he was very knowledgeable, well-mannered, detail-oriented, and his work ethic is on point! He got the job done in less than an hour. I definitely recommend this company for simple fixes repiping, sprinklers, basically all your plumbing needs. I plan on calling them to have them repipe my house, redo my sprinklers, and any other future plumbing needs! Everyone in the office was extremely thorough, generous, upbeat and was able to answer any concerns or questions I had in a professional manner and timeline. This is a top quality group. They do top notch work and are fast. I have had them do two jobs for me in the last two months ... and can witness that their work is very high quality. The owner, Brandon, is a great follow through manager making sure everything is correctly done, and the customer is satisfied. I had a little issue with the price on one of the projects they did for me. Brandon got a hold of me and reviewed the problem and promptly made it right. I recommend them highly. I want to give a shout out to Ron at Plumbing Utah. I first contacted Plumbing Utah last spring seeking help on a recurring basement leak that no other plumber could seem to solve. Ron came out within two hours and he found the problem and fixed it. I have been contacting Ron ever since whenever I have a plumbing problem. He is always responsive, usually getting back to me within minutes, and he always fixes the problem. Just this morning, I contacted him about a leak in a bathroom sink. He is already at the house checking it out before I have even finished my cup of coffee. If you want a plumber for life with no hassles, rapid response, and quality honest work this is the company to call.

I had a very good experience with Jared that was beyond just plumbing. Right away I felt like I was working with an honest, straightforward and conscientious person who communicated well and who would, and in fact did do a thorough and excellent job.But what really set him apart was that I had arranged for him to do some work for my friend's very elderly parents and when he was finished, due to dementia they had forgotten the agreed upon(and reasonable) price, and said that he had quoted them less. Rather than making a fight over it he went along with it and accepted a little less, which I think is unusually graceful and kind, and it really made my day!

Ron has been a life saver. It started off with the shower not working Friday morning 6am and my wife was on her way out of town for an important meeting. While I was gone, we needed to get the shower working again since we've planned to do a bunch of yardwork, going camping, swimming, etc.. that weekend. Without a working shower, this would not have been possible. I've called 14 plumbers on Friday - NONE of them came through. Call #15 was to Plumbing Utah and Ron came through with it on a Friday night. What a relief! Going forward, my first call will be to Plumbing Utah whenever I need something done. Thanks again!
