Nathan and Eric did a great job on a hard to remove faucet cartridge and tub drain. They are very professional and took the appropriate time to get the job done right. I use Knee Deep Plumbing for all my plumbing projects.

Zack did a great job replacing a loose flange under my toilet. He went over and beyond securing and sealing it so there will be no future issues. I must express my satisfaction with Plumbing Unit. They were introduced to me by my fireplace company, which sold and installed a new gas fireplace in my recently renovated condominium. Naturally, proper plumbing was required for the new gas line. Their work was exemplary, prompting me to hire Plumbing Unit to relocate my hot water tank from the kitchen to the laundry room. This task necessitated locating an existing water line within my 48-year-old condo, which Zack identified accurately within the walls. They adhered to current building codes, a detail appreciated not only by myself but also by my three neighbors in the building. Their professionalism was evident in tasks such as insulating every water line, including those inside the walls, to prevent freezing and minimize noise. Despite multiple scheduled jobs, the team prioritized my hot water tank relocation, ensuring I could still take a hot shower that evening. They demonstrated commendable dedication by sacrificing personal time, staying until 11:30 pm. to complete the work. Their commitment to customer service was admirable; most contractors might have postponed the job, but Plumbing Unit remained highly responsive to calls and texts, typically returning responses within a few minutes to two hours. My overall rating is a perfect 10 out of 10. Their level of service and professionalism unequivocally merits this designation.

Absolutely stellar service from beginning to end. Our water heater exploded out of nowhere and water was rushing out of our attic like crazy! It was a terrifying situation but they showed up almost immediately to help us with our emergency! Within the same day they had a quote for us to fix everything - replace the water heater (we actually upgraded to tankless and we love it), clean up all of the wet mess, remove and replace all the damaged drywall, etc. they had an amazing efficient team and got the job done with such attention to detail! They were priced so great and I would recommend them 10 times out of 10! We knew to call them because we had used them for a smaller job for a pipe that wouldn’t drain from our tub - but I didn’t know how great they were for bigger projects too! Definitely recommend!

Finally I found a reliable company that have workers that actually solving problems and not fixing it temporarily!!!!! In the past I had plumbers coming to fix my sink stocked up and causing a leaking as well because of that and spending an hour or so saying all good getting their payment and the sink is stocked up again within a month or two😩 Plumbing unit team came to my house at 9:15pm!!! After their working hours and stayed for 4 hours! Until 1:20am taking so much buildup Greece and oil from my pipes going deep as 80 fit!!!! And on top of it this hard worker stayed to clean all the oil and Greece!!! I am more than impressed! I definitely found finally a good reliable plumbing company🙏🏻

I called Plumbing Unit for some leaky pipes going into my water heater. They came out the same day - Zach was my guy. He was very kind, professional, and listened to what I wanted. I’m aware my water heater is old but I’m on the mindset of if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. He respected that, told me info about my water heater and when he would suggest to get a new one, and then fixed my issue all within the same day. I really appreciate this because many times I have felt pressured to make some other big expensive purchase when I really just needed a repair. Pricing was fair and my hot water was up and running again within an hour! Would highly recommend Zach!!!

This amazing company is so great!!! They act so fast to help you!!! During this last week during another Texas crazy storm, went above to assist me with faucet covers so my pipes didn't bust. They sent an amazing employee to put faucet covers on my outside ones. Not only did he come out early he also tightened my leaking ones. Highly recommend!!!!!! Thank you soooo much!!! Plumbing Unit was called due to a potential leak from my water heater at my 100+ year old home. He quickly crawled under my house, located the 2 leaks and made the repairs in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. He also provided some recommendations for on-going maintenance that will extend the life of my equipment. Plumbing service was great, they cleared the drain line to my washing machine which was overflowing. It was an extra charge for them to video my drain lines to/from my property and found sitting water and backup at city main, good peace of mind. And they took the time the explain everything and show me the work done. I called on a Saturday afternoon and they were out for my non-emergency issue Sunday morning. Would definitely hire again.
