One thing that really stood out to us was his respect for our home without being asked, he removed his shoes before entering, which meant a lot to us as a traditional family. His work was immaculate, and he took the time to thoroughly assess the issue instead of immediately recommending costly replacements. Several others had told us that we would need to replace the valve, but Andre’s expertise and honesty saved us from an unnecessary expense. He was able to fix the problem efficiently and correctly the first time. Beyond his technical skills, Andre was kind, patient, and respectful throughout the entire process. His mannerisms alone speak volumes about his character, he's courteous, calm, honest, and attentive. What stood out to me the most is that Andre is not one of those plumbers who rushes through the job or makes you feel like everything is about money.
