Found them on yelp to fix garbage disposal. They also found the pipe was cracked and fixed it with reasonable price. Very satisfied with their service and i highly recommend them.

Jose was able to come out on short notice to do a routine maintenance jetter procedure on the same day. Was a quick 2 hr job and saved me a lot of time down the line. Very professional and knowledgeable, competitively priced, will definitely call again for future service.

I contacted Plumbing & Rooter Service on a Sunday evening because our kitchen sink was clogged and stuff was coming back up. They were able to come the next morning at 7am, right on time. Antonio and his worker were able to fix the oil clog in my kitchen drain after about 4 hours of snaking it. They diligently worked at it since the clog was pretty far down (we live in a condo building). He was also able to work with my building manager to make sure that they understood what the problem was. I can't recommend this plumbing service enough. Very happy with the result and how much the service costed.

I hired these plumbers to snake a clogged drain. When they left there was a large puddle of foul smelling water in the basement and my sink was left looking like this. They didn't show me either before they left. I would strongly recommend you use a different company for your plumbing needs.

There was a sewer flood in my commercial basement. I hired two plumbers to find the leaks in the sewer pipes somewhere but no luck. The water just kept coming down slowly for more than two weeks. Finally, I was referred by a roofer to try this plumbing company. Without much expectation, I met with Jose who came earlier and he suggested that I do sewer line camera and later jet the pipe. I agreed. However, after the job was done the situation was worse since the sewer water was still coming down even faster. Jose came back within an hour to try to locate the leaks. Jose and his assistant, crawled into the small space where all the pipes located underneath the floor. After more than 2 hours, they looked at every connection of the pipes, they finally found big leaks in the pipe hiding in the back. They came back the next day to open the floor and replaced the pipes that were leaked. It was not an easy job since the leaks were not visible from the outside. It took almost 20 days that the leaks finally found. They were my life saver. I highly recommend this company since they are punctual, reliable, flexible, responsive in every step. They are not afraid of this smelly and dirty job. The price is competitive. Most of all they can solve the difficult problem.

Jose and William did an excellent job from start to finish. First, when they came to look at what the job would be and give me a quote, they were extremely thorough. Jose was able to understand the exisiting gas pipe situation, even pointed out that there was a line that ran to my heater, something I did not consider. He laid out exactly what he was going to do for the installation and talked through all the options and variables. Also, the quote was excellent for the job! I was able to schedule them a few weeks later. Jose and William arrived with all the parts needed. Of course, with any installation job, there was a small problem (that of drilling through the masonry of the fireplace, something that no one would have known). However, Jose was able to figure out how to get past the problem and finish the job perfectly. We know have an amazing gas fireplace setup, thanks to Jose, William and Antonio. I highly recommend Plumbing & Rooter Service for any of your plumbing needs.

Antonio and his team helped me repair a disintegrated drain pipe from the bathroom sink. The pipe had corroded through, and the bathroom sink was unusable. From the get-go, Antonio was responsive and incredibly professional. He quickly scheduled time for the consultation, answered all of my questions, gave a competitive estimate, and quickly followed up. He also scoped potential issues that he may run into with the fix so I would be aware and could plan it out. When he began work, he made sure to consult with me before expanding any scope of work, and he and his team were very respectful and professional while I was working from home on meetings that day. I am very pleased with the work and craftsmanship of the output. I would absolutely work with him again.

Antonio of Plumbing & Rooter Service recently unclogged a drain for me. He arrived promptly, provided a reasonable estimate, and performed the job quickly and thoroughly. He is very professional, courteous, and neat in his work. I live in a large condo development and Antonio even noted that, unbeknownst to me, other plumbers were on site and flushing common lines. This turned out to be the cause of the backed up drain in my bathroom and clogged the trap. Thanks to Antonio, the condo complex will reimburse me for the service. I don't wish plumbing problems on my friends or neighbors, but I plan to highly recommend Antonio to anyone in need of such services. I highly recommend this company for their quick response and follow up. They installed a new water heater, hauled away the old one and helped us clean up the mess from water spillage created by our broken water heater. . Antonio. the business owner, responded right away to our call late evening and had Jose come to our home to make sure we were safe - turning off the gas, etc. The installation the next day took about an hour which was amazing. When you call this company you don’t get a call center - you actually are speaking directly to a plumber who is knowledgeable and expeditious responding to your concern. Price was fair and comparable with others. Great company and great people.

This firm was very responsive to my need for an inspection of my shower. I was concerned about the amount of dripping that was occurring once I turned off the water. I put out a request in the morning, and they sent a team who were able to come by that afternoon at the exact time they said they would. They shared their inspection procedure of the faucet, handles, and piping. Now I feel more confident about the flow once the water is shut off. I recently had an issue with my bathroom sink being clogged. I reached out on Yelp to find a plumber and less than 24 hours I was contacted by Antonio. He was very clear and helpful in scheduling a same day appointment. When Jose arrived he did a diagnostic test and saw that my sink was clear and didn't need to be repaired. Thankfully the issue resolved itself. He was honest, knowledgeable and courteous in discussing this matter. No hot water, so Carlos was sent to diagnose the problem. Right off the bat, I was impressed with his knowledge about installation and city codes, explained in detail the work included. Answered my questions about the different water heater system available and advantages, etc. I thought he was transparent about the problem and pricing. We had another estimate which was slightly higher, and willing to match the price, but decided to go with Plumbing and Rooter service because they were recommended, presented with knowledge and transparency. And, we are very satisfied with the service and we’ll hire them again!

I had a fantastic experience with Plumbing & Rooter Service and can’t recommend them highly enough. They came out to hydro jet my home’s storm drain and did an incredibly thorough job—everything is flowing perfectly now. On top of that, they also fixed a leaking toilet that had been bothering us for a while. The team was professional, punctual, and clearly very knowledgeable. They explained what they were doing, worked efficiently, and left everything clean when they were done. It’s such a relief to find a reliable, honest plumbing service. They responded immediately to my late evening Yelp request to clear a clogged drain line by offering to come out early the next morning. They were able to remove a rusted-shut clean-out cap that other companies I contacted on yelp thought could not be removed. Such a quick resolution to a problem affecting tubs in 2 of our family-occupied apartments in San Francisco. The only reason I rated them 4 instead of 5 was due to repairs on their regular truck they came out without some of the tools they needed for the job, but I was able to supply them with what they needed.
