Autumn in the office and then Sam the Plumber Man got my shower drain and bathroom sink all sorted quickly and efficiently. Sam did a great job explaining the entire process and super friendly and was easy to talk to. That counts for a lot when you hire someone who’s entering your home to repair something. Great job and we’ll definitely be using Plumbing Pros again. A++

Landon, from Plumbing Pros, LLC, came to my home within an hour of my call. He arrived happy to help, listened to the issue we were dealing with and looked over everything before explaining what exactly was happening. Not only did Landon fix our plumbing leak in our bathroom, but found a leak in our water pipe in the basement. I highly recommend Plumbing Pros, especially Landon, for any and all plumbing issues. I want to thanks Sal, Chris specially Sam from Plumming Pros. Monday morning we found sewage backed up in our basement. Unfortunately right after a major snow storm had blanketed NJ with 2 feet of snow. I thought there was no way someone would come out right away. So I got on my phone and googled searched for plumbers near me. I came across Plumbing pros and gave them a call. They answered right away and thankfully had a tech on call. Within a few mins I had a text from the tech. In the message was a picture of the tech and text letting me know he was on his way. Within the hour he was knocking at our door step. Well mannered, polite and friendly. Sam to got to work right away. First putting on booties to keep our floor clean. I showed him to the basement and he got set up. Laying out tarps and garbage bags to keep things neat and orderly. As he moved the camera down the pipe looking for the problem he took pictures along the way. He kept me informed the whole way and even let me look over his shoulder as he worked. When he knew what the problem was he called his owner and confirmed what he saw… broken pipe and tree roots blocking the pipe. He worked up an estimate and had financing available. Knowing the urgency, they got me scheduled right away. By Wednesday morning they started digging. I was impressed with the safety measures taken around and in the hole. Safety fencing around the hole site and metal boxes to hold the walls up. Thursday the new pipe was in and even got it inspected the same day. We were back up and running by Thursday night. I was impressed with how everything was handled start to finish. I know who I’ll be calling and recommending to everyone for their plumbing problems. Thank you again!

A cautionary tale : great response time, questionable ethics I want to be fair here: Plumbing Pros' response time was genuinely impressive. I had a water heater with a leaking pressure and temperature relief valve on a Friday. The unit was still under manufacturer's warranty, having been installed four years ago. My concern with doing the repair myself was potentially voiding that warranty, so I called around. My installer couldn't come before the weekend, a second company couldn't either, and Plumbing Pros had a tech at my door within the hour. That part? Excellent. Then things got interesting. John Harrell arrived. John was polite, well-mannered, put on booties to protect our floors. Good start. I told him my diagnosis and gave him space to do his own assessment. Thirty minutes later, he came back with a quote: $16,000 - for a water softener and a new water heater. His reasoning? I have "really hard water." I don't. And neither does anyone in my neighborhood. When I declined, the quotes dropped to $8K, then $5K, then $3.5K just to replace the water heater I'd already noted was under manufacturer's warranty. At that point someone named Chris called me. His opening line: "Andrew, what's holding you back? Is it the price?" Not "Let me help solve your problem." Not "Here's what we found." Just a sales objection script, right out of the gate. Chris doubled down on the hard water claim, so I asked why John hadn't tested the water in front of me. Silence - and then John was dispatched to his van to retrieve a test kit. The kit tested for chlorine, pH, and iron. No hardness test. For two of the parameters, the sample color didn't match anything on the chart - but John told me the result was "very high." I pushed back. Hard. Here's where I should mention: I have a Ph.D. in chemistry. Whoever taught John how to read a colorimetric chart is not a chemist. John packed up so fast he left some of his reagents behind. I bought a replacement valve for under $20 and installed it myself. My takeaway: Reading the other reviews, I genuinely believe Plumbing Pros does quality installation work. But it appears that quality comes bundled with a high-pressure upsell playbook targeting work you may not need. I got out because I knew enough chemistry to call the bluff and enough confidence to hold my ground on price. Not everyone will be in that position. Do your homework before you let anyone into your home. Know your water quality. Know your warranty. And if a tech won't perform a test in front of you before quoting you $16,000 based on it - that's your answer.

Our hot water tank cracked after previously having it fixed by another company. We had a river running through our basement and garage on Wednesday, by Thursday the next day, Brandon who was our main technician and Andrew who accompanied him, were out giving us a thorough assessment. Brandon was very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. He answered all of our questions and concerns and got us an awesome price for a tank replacement, new pressure gauge, some new piping and some additional things we needed in an upstairs bathroom. Andrew wasn’t present for the install so I can’t speak on his work, but Brandon killed it. By Friday afternoon it felt like a new house, we hadn’t even considered that the water pressure was a pre-existing issue and thanks to his knowledge our pipes throughout the house are no longer banging around any time we use the water. Felt like some buddies (that you trust haha) came over to get the work done asap. Had several other quotes but liked this pricing the best and the vibes of Brandon and Andrew really sold it. 3 days from the start of the problem to the finished solution and probably could’ve gotten in even quicker had we called them sooner. Also had a follow up voicemail from Brandon making sure all was good which I massively appreciated. Absolutely would recommend plumbing pros but especially Brandon. Thanks again!!!

The technician, Sam, actually arrived earlier than the time frame they gave me, which was a huge relief. He was very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. Sam explained the entire process from beginning to end so I knew exactly what was happening. Although the issue only received a temporary fix for now, we will definitely stay in touch and continue doing business with them. I also spoke with Chris, a supervisor, who made me feel very reassured and provided me with helpful options moving forward. Sam from Plumbing Pros did an outstanding job fixing and extending our sump pump to help prevent water damage to the foundation of our home. From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable about his work. My plumbing pro technicians, Sam and Andrew, arrived promptly for my appointment the morning after I had called for service. I had two showers that leaked and had issues setting the correct temperature, a clogged kitchen sink, and a toilet that was detaching from the floor. Sam and Andrew thoroughly inspected every problem I mentioned, and presented me with three different options for repairs, giving me a variety of price ranges to choose from. After looking at one of the showers, they discovered that no repair was actually necessary and removed that from the estimate. They were able to complete all the repairs in one session, which I greatly appreciated. They were friendly, professional, and honest, all qualities I appreciate in a service like this. I strongly recommend them.

I cannot recommend this plumbing service enough! Our sewer line backed up, which is always a stressful situation, but Eric turned a nightmare into a seamless experience.​He was incredibly fast to arrive and highly responsive. What I appreciated most was his transparency—he took the time to explain every single step of the process so I knew exactly what was going on. On top of fixing the immediate problem, he provided great recommendations for future maintenance. So I had them scheduled to come out again and John came to replace the shut off valve , he also was super professional and responsive completed the job and made sure everything was in working order before leaving. Sal, I’m very glad to see you doing well. I haven’t needed plumbing work in awhile then last night I had a drain completely clog in a house. I called first thing in the morning and was able to get a truck dispatched to this property only a short time later. Landon showed up, diagnosed the problem and he and his assistant did a huge job in only a few hours. Problem solved! Sal, Landon is a complete credit to your organization, he reminds me a lot of you. Hard working, conscientious with a good eye for detail. Employees like Landon are the reason whenever I need expert plumbing done I always go to Plumbing Pros.

Our hot water tank died ( it was 20 years old) My husband decided to call Plumbing Pros here in Forks Township. They answered right away and had my husband take pictures of our old system. We needed a new one so Sal went and picked up a top quality Bradford White Defender System. Since he had pictures, he also picked up other supplies he needed and was ready for the job when he arrived- 4 hours later. Took him and his helper 2 1/2 hours to take out the old and install the new. What was really great about Sal was that he kept everything neat and organized. Very Professional! At the end it cost us $1800.

They were able to get us in incredibly quickly and showed up at the beginning of the time window which was awesome! John and Anthony did a wonderful job replacing our bathroom sink, installing a new water heater, and unclogging our shower drain. They worked with us on price, which was very much appreciated and got everything done the same day. They were kind and explained everything very well. I would definitely recommend hiring them and will be calling again in the future for any of our plumbing issues!

John and Jay had a few challenging jobs to work on at our house. Replacing a very old hot water heater that was in a very confined space where they had to modify the entry into the area to just get the new water heater in. The replacement of the well water tank was in that very confined space too. They also replaced two outdoor sets of water faucets and added an indoor shut off valve for each. They were we very had working and did a great job. We will definitely use Plumbing Pros again for future needs.

I'm so thankful to this company and especially the tech Landon who came out when I didn't have any water due to the storm we had it was freezing temperatures. He was so helpful and respectful of the situation and knowledgeable he got my water back the same day and explained everything that had to be done and how my water heater needed to be replaced due to it was old. The work he did was outstanding and I highly recommend this company. Thank you so much for rescuing me in my time of need.

The plumbers who came out were courteous and knowledgeable. We thought we were having our water heater flushed, but it turns out there were more issues. The team explained what our options were and did a great job making sure we understood all possible outcomes. Eric, Mario, and John ended up getting us taken care of the same day. They did a fantastic job and were efficient. We would use them for future projects.
