Armando inspected my job (faucet, RO system, disposal, p trap reconfig, Moen Smart Flo) thoroughly and gave a very detailed estimate. I had two other plumbers out and one focused on the length of warranty he could sell me and the other one was much more expensive (brand premium?). He came the next day and completed everything expertly and professionally. I highly recommend him.

I’m very grateful for Plumbing Point’s prompt response. Armando arrived at my home within two hours of my repair call. He was friendly and professional. Since the water heater needed to be replaced, he and Nathaniel worked together late into the evening. Their excellent and efficient work ensured my family had hot water available that night. Aside from the slightly higher price, I hope the company continues to prove itself as a trustworthy and reliable organization.

I’ve used Plumbing Point several times, and I can confidently say I wouldn’t consider using another plumbing company. When the serviceman came out to the house, he was very kind and professional.The only problem is I asked for a quote online.I never got one. They just schedule a service person to come out and ask for $80 towards a service.And then they tell me the problem and cost its over $800 which is more than other competition so im stuck giving them the $80!!! Bad business

I contacted them because of their positive reviews. Armando is the technician who came out within the hour, which I appreciated. However, there was an $80 charge just to come out and diagnose the issue, which turned out to be a clogged bathroom tub that needed to be snaked. I was then quoted $420 for the work, which felt extremely overpriced for the scope of the job, with no explanation to justify the cost. Overall, very disappointed and would not use again.

I had consulted Plumbing Point for an emergency and got in touch with Nathanael a few weeks ago. For context, I had 3 toilets backed up with one overflowing with waste. Nathanael took my call in the late evening around 9pm and arrived by 9:30pm. He quickly cleared the blockage and had the water line back up and running. We had him come back the next day to run a diagnostic and discovered that the issue went beyond our property line which falls within the city’s jurisdiction. Nathanel helped me get some footage from the sewer cleanout so I could bring it to the City of Santa Clara Municipal Services for review. The city then sent out a few guys to investigate revealing the culprit were tree roots that had infiltrated the sewer lateral which had blocked the water passage and cause the backup. They helped us remove the roots which gave peace of mind to mitigate any future occurrences. It was a process but it was all thanks to Nathanael from the start as I would highly recommend his services.

Plumbing Point replaced the matn sewer line from back of the house to the city line. It was an extensive job and they completed the job as promised and in a timely manner. Natanael provided a very detailed job description so we knew exactly what was going to be completed and he kept us updated on the job's progress. His team was professional and we felt confident about job being done well. Having worked with different contractors before not always with good experiences I can say this was a great experience from start to finish. Natanael is very good about patiently explaining job details and is very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Plumbing Point for all plumbing needs, they are fair and Natanael truly cares about job being done properly.

One evening we found both our toilets clogged and unusable. Out of two places with good reviews Point Plumbing were the one who promised to come earlier (unfortunately next morning). Armando Muñoz was quite knowledgeable and pleasant fellow. He showed up exactly as promised, explained his plan of action and after trying to unclog toilets themselves diagnosed that the problem might be in the main. He cleaned the line and magically the toilets started working. The fee was probably comparable to the one charged by Roto router, although for about half an hour work $460 looks excessive to me. But on the other hand, I was Informed about the price before he started.

Armando was awesome! His company, Plumbing Point, was recommended by my neighbor after he repaired a water leak at her water meter. We had the same leak at our water meter. He gave us a quote, showed up the next day at the time he said, and fixed the leak by 3pm. He communicated exactly what he would be doing. Worked super efficiently and got the job done beautifully. Of course no one wants to deal with a costly plumbing issue, but if you have to you want it to be done right. I feel Armando and Plumbing Point is a company you can trust to get the job done well. Their price was very fair. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them for any plumbing issues.

I'm moving into a new house and I realized that there is no Water plumbed in the wall behind the fridge for the ice maker I call them up and they showed up the next morning and Installed exactly what I wanted. They tapped into the existing kitchen water line and ran copper tubing to an ice box outlet that they installed in the wall. They also installed a water hammer arrestor at my request The work was quick. They were professional and they cleaned up after themselves leaving my kitchen floor is pristine as when they found it Very satisfied with them. Would recommend

I had a sewer line clogging issue, and none of the chemical solutions worked. I called the plumbing point, and they dispatched a technician the next day. What I appreciate the most is their willingness to try multiple methods to save costs instead of immediately resorting to the most expensive option. Ultimately, they installed the main cleanout at my house, and all the work was completed in the same day. They even helped me identify the root cause of the issue and provided future recommendations. I would definitely use them again for any other plumbing work.

water heater change from gas to hybrid heat pump/electric element. Well done, got through in inspection today. thanks guys! Adding to this review from 2 years ago: This same water heater turned out to be defective (manufacturing error, not Plumbing Point!). PP looked at it, did troubleshooting, figured out the issue (heat exchanger defective), contacted the mfg and negotiated a replacement at no cost, then did the labor to replace it in one morning! Thank you Armando and Nathaniel! I would leave more stars if I could!

Armando did an awesome job fixing my bathroom plumbing issues! My faucet was leaking and both the sink and bathtub drains were draining incredibly slowly. Armando was professional, punctual, and quickly diagnosed the source of the clog and fixed the leaky faucet. He is also very kind and humble and cleaned up everything after the fixing. The drains are now working perfectly, and the leak is gone. I highly recommend Armando for any plumbing needs!"

Armando did a great job at identifying the plumbing issue and clearly explained the probable cause and the steps him and Brian were going to take to resolve the matter. He even replaced a leaking faucet. All work was done professionally and in a timely manner. I appreciate his professionalism and transparency with all the work done. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family. Much appreciated!

Armando was quickly scheduled to come check one of our water heaters. He finished his other job early and called to say he could come an hour earlier. Quickly determining our water heater controller was not functioning he reset it and it worked fine. He certainly knows what he is talking about and works quickly. We'll certainly ask for Armando next time we have a plumbing problem.
