Plumbing Paramedics

Another company failed to show up, I called Plumbing Paramedics at 9pm, Austin one of their plumbers came at 11pm. He was thorough and honest cleaned out sixty feet of my main sewer line when most would not show up at all! They are coming back tomorrow with a jetter as the clog was too much for a standard sewer auger. Best part is the charges for the rodding will be credited to the charge for getting. Once again they showed up! Austin came back today and finished the job as promised. He worked diligently untill my main sewer line was opened. He found a clog on the inside line after clearing the outside main, Austin removed the toilet and cleared that too! He is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of his trade and professional in his demeanor. Plumbing Paramedics Great Job! Wish I could give you all 10 stars, The quality of an employee is indicative of a professional company. Thank you once again.

We had Four seasons come out to root our sewer a couple months before calling the Plumbing Paramedics, the guy who came out didn’t really answer my questions or any really satisfactory information and seemed like he rushed the job, then quoted us 12k in work because he didn’t think he’d be able to make any difference with the rooter. Thankfully I found the Paramedics because after they sent Dakota out he pretty quickly figured to try rooting from the other end of the line (which the other company had neglected to do) and had it cleaned out in no time. I was very pleased to find a company with integrity and transparency in this day and age

Donny and Austin, just a short note to say " Thank YOU " .. THANK YOU for your time and hard work . Watching Austin work in the cold that day was remarkable. His knowledge and skills that he showed was above and beyond what was required or expected of him. He has mastered the art of plumbing. Austin is a great asset to your company . installed my faucet. next day had low water pressure. called them to come back out to fix it and they wanted to charge me an extra $165 for something I just paid them to install and the problem was not there before they installed the new one. Very unprofessional for a business to operate this way.

My island vent is the reason my kitchen sink drain is backing up, the technician only rodded the drain, didn't even remove the vent side clean out. My sink never drained correctly, no swirl. Just gave him $360 as a participation prize, wow thanks for the extra effort. AAV are cheater vents, why would you cut apart a good loop vent in a million dollar house and install a part prone for failure. Another case of do the work yourself if you want it done right.

I’ve call Plumbing Paramedics in past and followed up again yesterday. Their workmanship is outstanding. However it seems costs for simple projects may be “by the book” and is troubling as I didn’t expect to pay $340 to replace a sink outlet . I did because I knew I’d pay for the visit anyway as it seems all plumbing companies do and I’ve done this same job twice and it still had a small leak so I relied on the professionals. The part was prob $20 and time on site less than an hour. I’m more troubled by the industry more than anything and is why I will likely call a plumbing friend in future and pay him $40 -$50 per hour in cash. PP does good work but seems costs are like all the rest. I learned my lesson

Dakota came out for a drain issue and Donny came to inspect some other plumbing issues in the house. Dakota was very knowledgeable about the situation and also helped by tracing the drain line to help pinpoint its underground path. Donny was very thorough and informative about his inspection and was able to give us some peace of mind regarding our situation. Both were very nice and helpful and I would recommend using their services.

Great service and Tobias was wonderful. I am glad I finally found a plumbing company I can depend on, I can’t begin to tell you how many companies I called and No one returned my calls. It’s very frustrating when you need someone who can come out in an emergency! These folks answered my call with a real person….and had someone out the same day!! They will get my future business and I will refer them to friends and family. ❤️❤️❤️

our sewer was plugged with roots we called access on Saturday said he wasnt able to come on Saturday could he come Monday we said ok then a few hours later Plummer called back said could come in an hour showed up quoted $250.00 rotted sewer then said ok it was good my husband flushed toilet and no it wasn't he had put machine away so he ran to tell him wasn't working he charged another $75.00 to push it again we feel cheated

Dakota was amazing. Explained everything to me and he really is passionate about his work! Grateful for his knowledge! I wrote the original review last Wednesday 1/7/26. I was told my Dakota that "his boss" would give me an estimate on replacing our sewer piping. I was told they would send me an estimate. Well no estimate, no phone call, even when I have tried to get in touch with them. Disappointed

Called the day after Christmas for a wobbly and leaky toilet. Plumbing Paramedics sent a plumber that day. Travonce was outstanding and got the toilet fixed. Much cheaper than the last plumber I used and they guarantee their work for one year (the last company only guaranteed their work for 90 days). Plumbing Paramedics is my go to plumbing company now.

Kalene Ledlow. Came home from being away to find the garbage disposal had been leaking. Submitted my info to Plumbing Paramedics online. They called me the next morning and Austin was at my house that morning. He was professional, courteous, and friendly. Austin took care of all the issues. Will be recommending Plumbing Paramedics to everyone I know.

Michelle, who answered the phone on Saturday morning was friendly, quick, and efficient. She dispatched Austin to my house who promptly texted to let me know he was on his way. He came in to my home and was Polite and quickly assessed the situation and made the necessary repair. I was so happy to pay a local business and not a large nationwide chain

I used this service because they actually answered the phone. It's disrespectful to have your customers talking to a machine. This company appreciates us. Plumber was nice, and very knowledgeable and helpful. He's coming back next week to put a pedestal sink in for me. The only thing I didn't like was being penalized for using a debit card

After our unfortunate second encounter with the hessville plumbing once again Tobias B. from Plumbing Paramedics saved the day was quick professional nd took care of the job hastily. We appreciate Tobias B. from PLUMBING PARAMEDICS. Living in Gary,Indiana our taxes are unjustified nd higher then antimatter.....
