I had Plumbing Pals out today to fix a botched job from a washer installation. Michael was terrific he fixed the problem and helped me put everything back together. I appreciate their fast complete service.
Plumbing Pals absolutely lived up to their name, total pals to have around when you’re dealing with plumbing chaos! Ricky and Matt came out to replace a pipe out front of my house, and they were incredible from start to finish. They showed up on time, got right to work, finished everything faster than I expected, and even cleaned up after themselves! They were friendly, professional, and honestly just good people who clearly know what they’re doing. I’d recommend Plumbing Pals to everybody and anybody. If every repair experience went like this, I’d almost look forward to things breaking.
Highly recommend! Nick and Brennan were great. My AC kicked the bucket at the beginning of the heat wave, they came and figured out the problem Wednesday, and by Thursday evening I had a whole new system and the house was cooling off. Thorough and efficient and even followed up to make sure the house was staying cool the next morning.
my upstairs shower would not drain so I called plumber pals. Two techs worked for over an hour then informed me that in order to remove the block, the trap had to be cut out from below. I consented and they started cutting. Soon after the techs said they had to leave because they had other appointments, another tech would be dispatched, and that I had to pay the $250 fee before they left even though the work had not been completed. The third tech arrived, opened the hole more to inspect, then placed a call questioning this course of action. After several calls, he cleaned up and informed me that another technician (manager) would be on the way. The fourth tech (manager) arrived and immediately headed upstairs with tech #3. They cleared the clog and cleaned up after techs 1&2 in under 30 minutes. While my initial issue was resolved, I can’t help but be grated by this huge (unnecessary ?) hole left in my ceiling that I now have the responsibility to repair.
Travis, was great! He arrived exactly when he was scheduled. Travis is a very nice guy, he completed the job in a timely manner. I was very happy on the work he did. I would definitely recommend Plumbing Pals to family and friends. I'll definitely call Travis for my next Plumbing job very soon. Thanks again Travis! 😁😉🫶
