Amazing thank you to Jorge, Ryan and Ali for coming out today and installing our very large gas range! Jorge came out the day before to assess the situation and provide a quote. And once done, they were able to immediately come out today and install. Customer service at its finest! We had also just had porcelain countertops installed as well. So they took their time and very carefully and professionally install installed the range in a very, very tight and awkward spot. They took the upmost care of us and our house while here. The Joe and Joe team did an excellent job with our leak repair! They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and timely. They also went above and beyond by checking and very quickly fixing a low water pressure issue in the master bathroom after the leak work was finished. I highly recommend double Joe and Plumbing Outfitters!

Joseph and Jason were great! Came out within hours of be realizing I needed a plumber. They replaced my water heater in an hour and half. Incredible. Great company. Have used them for over 3 years now. Highly recommend!

Updated 4/13 - From 3 stars to 2. Can't go any lower, since the job was done eventually and I do appreciate that it was. After posting my review, I received a response to my 1st review to reach out to them, but when I did no one responded. + I never got a receipt for the bill I paid. I have reached out to the company to ask for a copy 2 weeks ago. Not the biggest deal but seems pretty standard. I need this for record keeping on my rental. -------------- Old 3 star review - bad experience but it was fixed. I'd rather give a 5 star review but unfortunately my experience wasn't great. We hired this pro for a clogged toilet during a guest stay because they could get there quickly. The technician was nice and polite, but the job took about 4 hours, cost around $800 before tax, and was initially treated as usable before it really was. If you’re not there in person, it turns into a headache to monitor, and for this kind of price I expected the issue to be handled much more smoothly. The biggest thing to know is that the troubleshooting changed during the job. The tech arrived without a camera, and I only found that out after 45 minutes. Would be nice to know ahead of time. We were first told a camera was not needed, but later told one would be needed to finish the job on Monday. The pro was nice and informative throughout the process. End of the day, it was resolved but stressful and expensive.

After one of the first freezes a couple years ago, Plumbing Outfitters came out to do a free evaluation to check whether we had any damage. This was greatly appreciated because it felt like such a time of uncertainty and frustration. Thankfully we didn't have any damage. Fast forward to this year and we've called them twice. Each time the person that came out was knowledgeable and efficient. We thought we had a plumbing leak and they helped us determine it was coming from the roof. The next time we actually had a gas leak and that was diagnosed and repaired in no time, along with a flush of our water heater. They're also competitively priced for the services provided. Each plumber that has come out has also been very knowledgeable and personable. The service provided by Plumbing Outfitters is top notch!

Jorge with Plumbing Outfitters provided excellent service! When I discovered a very slow draining sink and ultimately water dripping in my bathroom cabinet, I called a few plumbing companies in hopes I could find someone available for same-day service. Plumbing Outfitters sent Jorge out within a very short time, which I was so thankful for. He was professional, easy to talk to, and took care of the issue in great timing. He educated me on what the problem was and also gave great tips on preventative maintenance. This was my first time needing professional plumbing services and I’m glad I hired Plumbing Outfitters. From the office staff to the technician Jorge, it was a great experience.

We had a garbage disposal installed. We purchased a new disposal and the tech installed it. He did a good job and was nice. The reason for 3 stars is the price they charged. $375 to just install a disposal that I already purchased seems like a lot to me! The job itself only took him 20 minutes.They wouldn’t give me a quote when I made the appointment so when he showed up and gave me the price I felt like he was already there so kinda had to do it even though the price was outrageous. I wish they would have given a quote over the phone. It was a pretty simple job and I know they could have quoted it over the phone.

Scheduled my annual water heater flush and system check with Plumbing Outfitters. I was chose the noon to 4pm, appointment window. A little after noon, on the day scheduled, I received a text from Plumbing Outfitters letting me know their Technician, Jorge Reyes, was on the way to our home. A sort time later Jorge and Matt arrived at my house and went to work. They flushed the weather heater, checked water pressure, and verified our water softener was functioning properly. Jorge explained their work plan beforehand and once completed, asked if I had any questions or concerns.

As far as service goes, they are solid and would get five stars. Melvin is great and I don't have a bad thing to say in those regards. HOWEVER, online scheduling has twice confirmed a reservation that never got fulfilled which is absolutely unacceptable when we have water our water turned off and have to unexpectedly extend that period out as well as scramble and pay weekend fees to get it addressed. It's better to have no online scheduling than one that doesn't work.

Jorge with Plumbing Outfitters was a great experience. From my very first call to meeting the technician they provided great customer service. Jorge arrived well before the time window given was close to ending. He is professional, respectful, and dog friendly! He was quick to assess our leaking T-valve to the bidet. He performed the repairs and was out in about 30 minutes. Thank you for quick service! I am highly recommending this company to others!

First time ever using a plumbing service and Plumbing Outfitters sent out Joseph Snowdon who went above and beyond from the very start! He was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, and was more than happy to explain his thoughts as well as check other things for me while over. I called and was scheduled on the sameday. Noah arrived during the scheduled time after a quick test and some discussion i requested a quote for a new waterheater. Signed a few things and they quickly got parts and tools and began working. Install was very fast and before I knew it they were done my new waterheater and flowmaster were installed and working. They did a fantastic job and im happy with the outcome.

I had two pipes break. Plumbing Outfitters sent Melvin Haddix. He was awesome! He diagnosed the problems relatively quickly, left the areas he worked in clean before he left, and was super nice and fully explained what was going on to me. I requested him for the repair and it went so smoothly! His assistants were polite and hard working. Definitely happy with my services received!!

Had Melvin Haddix come by our house to fix a problem in our bathroom from Plumbing Outfitters. He performed an excellent job on replacing the parts and knew what he was doing. Very professional and explained why it needed to be replaced and the reason it was leaking. If I have any further plumbing issues or needs I know who to call. Thanks again for all your assistance.
