Matt was great! Rolled two toilets, provided very in-depth details on how to care for it as well as tested our water pressure and recommended options for future projects we have on our list. We will definitely call up Matt when we start out next plumbing project.

I had a wonderful experience with Plumbing Outfitters! Scott Miller came out and did an excellent job — he flushed out my water heater tank, fixed my kitchen sink faucet, and took the time to inspect all the pipelines in every bathroom during his visit. He was thorough, professional, and genuinely courteous throughout the entire appointment. It's clear he takes pride in his work. I felt confident that everything was in good hands. Had an emergency leak causing water to come out of our floorboards. Plumbing Outfitters was quick to respond. When Melvin arrived, he was quickly identified the issue after a few tests and even made a few very minor repairs to prevent further issues. They gave us estimates for a few levels of service at a fair price. We were able to schedule quickly for repairs and the work he did was top quality. Never felt any pressure to upsell us or to force us to do anything that was immediate. Will def be calling again if other plumbing issues arise.

Highly unsatisfactory. Their technician quickly deemed a sink replacement "too difficult," quoted a high price, and left within 20 minutes. I hired another company that completed the job the same day for significantly less. When I was contacted about the quote I told Plumbing Outfitters my concerns and they insisted on sending a supervisor out. That person was less than professional and unnecessarily demeaning about the other company's work. More frustratingly, they've repeatedly called me since the initial visit, despite my clear requests to be removed from their list, they've insisted I discuss the issues with management. I received another call today trying to generate a lead. It's exhausting.

Methodical, Dedicated, and Stayed Past 5 PM on a Friday -- What More Can You Ask For? Last Saturday I noticed water pooling near my foundation by the back of my house. No idea what was causing it and no idea how serious it was. I called Plumbing Outfitters and I am so glad I did. They sent Seth and Micha out on a Friday. These two ran diagnostics and tests for three solid hours, and they kept going past 5 PM without complaint, without rushing, without making me feel like I was keeping them from their weekend. That kind of dedication tells you everything you need to know about a company's culture. They confirmed there was a leak but the source was elusive enough that they called in reinforcements. That's when Melvin came out, their leak specialist, and he brought Micha and Tyler with him. This crew was methodical. They found and fixed a leak at the front of the house from the inflow pipe but also recommened testing all the drain lines to be safe. They went line by line, systematically testing every drain line in the house until they isolated the problem. Watching them work was genuinely impressive. No guessing, no shortcuts, just professionals doing exactly what professionals are supposed to do. We now know what we're dealing with and we are on the road to getting it fixed. That peace of mind is invaluable when you're staring down a potential foundation issue. Highly recommend Plumbing Outfitters.

Called Plumbing Outfitters first thing to solve my leaking pipe issue and the men,Tom and Zach worked as a team to triage the problem, came up with the most efficient solution, and explain in detail the procedure. These gentlemen resolve this in a slab foundation in less than 2 hours with professionalism and courteous manners. I'm always impressed with their knowledge and can do spirit. As my previous review, Plumbing Outfitters will be my go to plumbing needs for my piece of mind and pocket. Definitely recommend this business! My go to for plumbing issues will be with Plumbing Outfitters. They came out the same day and provided me with detailed options to resolve my plumbing problem. After deciding the best course of action, they retrieved the equipment and professionally solve my clog. Melvin showed his expertise and knowledge providing easy language to understand the process. I felt very valued as he extended his professionalism to my mother as she was my emissary. Totally recommend Plumbing Outfitters for your plumbing needs. Dated 2024.

Had the pleasure of meeting Tom today, was blown away. From the courtesy call when he was 20 minutes out over the shoe covers down to the way he cleaned up behind himself, absolutely courteous and professional. He took time to explain recommended services, helped me understand the science behind his recommendation - and was not pushy or sales-y at all. We also asked him for some minor installation work (honestly, it was way below his pay grade), and he tackled it with absolute focus and professionalism. As we were walking around, he spotted another flaw, immediately tried to fix it - he is the embodiment of relationship building. He knows what he's doing, is courteous, collaborative and extremely detail oriented. I have asked that he please be our permanent POC for all future maintenance, repairs, upgrades. Tom is a true professional, he takes pride in his work - and it shows. While I haven't met anyone else from Plumbing Outfitters (except for Warren, who is also awesome!), I can't recommend and praise Tom highly enough.

We had our Master Bath drain backing up and called out one company which sent an inexperienced plumber who spent 2 hours accomplishing nothing. We then called Cold is on the Right who came out the following day. They diagnosed that there were rocks in our drain which meant the drain had collapsed and would require tunneling under our house to repair. A bid of $27,000 resulted in our getting a 3rd opinion. Plumbing Outfitters came out, diagnosed that there was a plastic grid blocking the drain and stated that they would try to break it up and wash out with a hydro jetter. This bid was for $1800.00. If not successful tunneling would be required at approximately $12,000. Matt and Zack came out, cleared the drain, hydro jetted to clean out additional debris in the drain and finished up their work after about 4 hours. My advice is if you need major or minor plumbing repairs, call Plumbing Outfitters and have Matt and Zack take care of you. If you want a misdiagnosis along with an astronomical price, call Cold is on the Right.

I just moved into a new house and the faucet for the fridge wasn't working. I had home warranty from the seller, so I thought it was a quick fix. The guy came and quickly dismissed as calcified pipes and left, saying the warranty company doesn't cover it. So instead of following up, I decided to take the recommendation of the previous home owner and called Plumbing Outfitters. Tom was dispatched to my place the following day from when I called, and he was thorough in diagnosing the issue, which turned out to be a twisted pipe that pinched the water flow. He was transparent the whole time and even showed me things to watch for and suggestions for how to keep the plumbing of the home in a good shape. He came back and did a great job cutting the twisted pipe, and installing the faucet properly. I would strongly recommend Plumbing Outfitters for any plumbing needs, and will be calling them whenever there's a plumbing issue that I need a profession to work on

Plumbing Outfitters is our go to plumbers. They are exceptional at providing exceptional customer service and expertise! They are diligent and professional. I would not recommend any other plumbing company over Plumbing Outfitters. Our latest service provided by Kyle Leeper was nothing short of outstanding. He arrived on time and performed the work quickly! I highly recommend Plumbing Outfitters! Every technician is knowledgeable and trustworthy worthy. Our latest plumbing need was handled timely and professionally. Our technician Matthew Ford displayed such integrity and professionalism. Plumbing Outfitters will always be our go to they the very best! We had our yearly inspection for 2026 and Tom Greer provided exceptional customer service. He was very detailed as he completed every part of the inspection. There is not another plumbing company I would recommend. The experience training and education of their technicians is like no other!

Melvin is the real MVP!!! Recently, Melvin with Plumbing Outfitters came to our home to address an issue we were experiencing with the drain in our master shower. A different plumber had come out previously but was unable to solve the problem. With Melvin’s experience and expertise, he was able to identify the source of the problem and come up with a solution. I can’t say enough good things about Melvin. He arrived on time, was courteous, respectful and professional from start to finish. He was patient, identified the issue the previous plumber overlooked and even stayed late to ensure the job was done right the first time. He went above and beyond and far exceeded our expectations. I want to sincerely thank Melvin and the entire team at Plumbing Outfitters. They provide excellent customer service along with honest and fair pricing. During the February ice storm, I experienced a leak in my kitchen while I was stranded in Arkansas and unable to get home. Jess Shaw with Plumbing Outfitters was absolutely incredible throughout the entire situation. He spoke with me directly and walked me through everything he was doing step by step, as if I were there with him. Jess took exceptional care of my home and belongings and was incredibly professional, kind, and reassuring during a very stressful time. He called when he was on the way, let me know when he arrived, and later explained in detail what caused the leak, the next steps, and made sure I felt confident that everything was taken care of. Jess is a true asset to Plumbing Outfitters, and they are very lucky to have such a responsible and dependable employee. I highly recommend him for any plumbing work you may need.

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this company. They (the actual owner) arrived within an hour and had my problem ( broken sewer line ) repaired swiftly and professionally. I was impressed by the company truck, equipment and his patience with me. I asked multiple annoying questions and he walked me through everything he was doing and why. I will never hesitate to use this company again and highly recommend you call them for all your plumbing needs. Used this wonderful company again and couldn’t be more pleased. Immediate response time. Melvin was super patient and explained everything he was doing. I referred my neighbors to this company and they are equally pleased. I truly believe they are the best plumbing company in central Texas. Probably the best in Texas and beyond.

Plumbing Outfitters was great. Not only did they respond quickly to my voicemail and scheduled me same day….which was important as all plumbing calls are some level of an emergency….but my favorite part was the text I got when the technician was on his way. It was more than a notification, but an introduction about the gentleman! Name, a little bit about him…he is local, with a family, his hobbies and a photo. It’s a little things that make the big difference. I am not a single woman/mom, but it made me feel better and would have brought a high level of comfort had I been a single woman/mom. Further, Kyle was just as kind and genuine as one could hope, in helping my husband and I navigate our financial decisions (repair or replace) regarding our water heater.

Super positive experience from start to finish. The dispatcher was so sweet, helpful and able to get us on the schedule for the same day. Received a text verifying the appointment as well as who my technician was, a picture and little information about the technician. Jess the technician was not only on time, very sweet, provided superb customer service thoroughly explaining everything to me, process and all and sent receipt and notes directly to my email. But then their company relations representative Lauren called and followed up. This company was so easy to work with, provided excellent customer service every step Of the way. Loved the little extra details like the text message info about the technician, etc. Highly recommend using this company.
