Plumbing Masters LLC was able to squeeze me in earlier than expected! Malcum was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. The price was reasonable and they gave me a 10% teacher discount. It's hard to beat local businesses supporting our educators like that! Highly recommend Plumbing Masters LLC for anyone, but especially teachers!

Service is very expensive and nothing done They charge to much just to come negotiate what kind a work needs to be done I won't recommend.

I used plumbing masters recently. About a week later I noticed I had items missing from one of the bedrooms they had access to. Since no one other than my wife had been in the room I called the company and spoke with the owner. He didn't believe his guys would steal. However he said if I would file a police report and ask them to interview one of the crew members he would refund the service call fee of $416 for the approx. 20 minutes they were there. I contacted the police and ask them to interview the crew member. I called the owner back and gave him the information. He said he had changed his mind and wasn't going to refund the service fee. He went on to say I would get my $416 back when he was wearing a toe tag! I told him obviously your word is no good and hung up the phone. Bottom line I have items missing, have been lied to, and treated very unprofessionally. Customers deserve to be treated better t I used plumbing masters recently. Your post contains more vile and disinformation than your first post. An example is the last thing you wrote was good luck on your next insurance scam. The problem with that is I didn't file a insurance claim. You made up this lie to try to discredit your customer. You also threatened me. What kind of company does that? What customer wants to deal with a company like this.

These guys really went above and beyond for us! We had old cast iron pipes that were falling apart, and honestly, they were a total lifesaver. It all started with a clog in our upstairs shower, but then we found out the pipes behind the wall were in rough shape too. The stack was cracked in half, and to top it off, the cast iron pipe under the foundation was pretty much shot. Damon was awesome. Super thorough and professional, but also made everything easy to understand. He walked us through what was going on and how to fix it the right way. Plus, he kept things light with his humor, which made the whole stressful situation a little easier to handle. Josh is a hard worker who doesn’t hesitate to get his hands dirty. He double-checked everything and made sure it was all done right. What really stands out is how honest and genuinely caring both Damon, Josh and the whole crew are. It’s rare to find people who truly care about the job they’re doing and the people they’re helping. I can’t thank them enough for all their hard work and dedication. If you need plumbing help, don’t hesitate to call.

I'm really not sure what to think. I contacted plbing master's when the plber I've been using for years closed down. I explained the exact issue I was having when I made the appointment as well as to the two young men who came out (the dishwasher drain line) . They completely disregarded me and decided the problem was my new garbage disposal. I don't even have a new garbage disposal. They also loudly cussed when they saw my plumbing. I'm not any sort of prude but it was really off putting. I don't find it offensive but I certainly question your judgements and intelligence. They also basically told me they were guessing at what could fix it and seemed very unsure of themselves. However, they did finally fix the issue I needed addressed. I wouldn't call them again, at all, and I've already told someone who asked my experience to avoid them. You can see from the manager's response where their "techs" get their attitudes.

They quickly pinpointed the issue—a cracked pipe—and resolved everything that SAME day! From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. I had an emergency DIY repair underneath my sink this morning and I couldn't get it to stop leaking. I found this company on Google they came right out within an hour or so fix the issue and also replaced another valve I was intending to work on and did it at a real decent rate! Now I have them on the schedule to come back Monday to replace my main water line valve inside my house! I was definitely pleased with my first experience with this company! I wish I knew the guy's name they told me he was the general manager that did the job! He deserves a raise 😊! Steve came out and did a plumbing inspection on a house I was under contract to buy. Thankfully I called Plumbing Masters. They created a video report from the scope that showed all the issues with the old cast iron sewer line (including being completely rusted out in sections) and gave me a quote to replace the line with pvc. Unfortunately the seller was not willing to work with me at all to resolve this issue, so I had to let the house go. With that being said, the team over at Plumbing Masters saved me a bunch of headache and money in the long run. Will be using them for all my plumbing needs moving forward.

I had a clogged drain and Plumbing Masters was my first call. Immediately from the first call I was in good hands, Jasmine was so sweet and understanding. I got scheduled and had Chiconas out quickly. Not only were Malcom and Troy professional, they were courteous! They had me taken care of and even cleaned up after themselves. It’s hard to find an honest reliable company but this place hits the mark. Thanks Plumbing masters for doing quality work!

The best. I had a nightmare leak and they seriously worked through it like champs. Made sure that cabinets didn’t have to be torn out (which other companies immediately wanted to do) and just very patient. Shout out to Malcom. Steve was professional and fast. They were the ONLY company who would come out the eve before Easter Sunday AND the only actual person who answered the phone instead of an AI bot! They were also the only condone who advertised 24 hour service who actually provided it. The other companies told me I had to wait until Monday.

Had a weekend urgent plumbing need that we thought would be simple to fix. Beatrice was so helpful in setting expectations and getting a tech to us. It turned out to be way more complicated - possibly construction debris in our line. Josh powered through and got the problem solved. Will call them again in the future!

Called after hours, had a plumber at the house 30 minutes later. Malcolm did a great job. Job turned out to be much larger than originally thought but had everything fixed by the next morning. Had to wait for warehouse to open for part, reason for finishing next day. Left everything nice and clean
