I would like to sincerely thank PLUMBING MANAGEMENT SERVICE, LICENSED for their extraordinary and timely response following a burst pipe inside the wall in my bathroom on the 4th floor, which caused serious leaks to the lower floors. The HOA held me responsible, declaring that the damage originated from my apartment. Fortunately, after prompt emergency assistance from the company: Plumbing Management Service, who intervened promptly, it was discovered that the water leak was caused by corrosion of the main piping separating from the joint. Wheather from the vent increases on the roof allows water and moisture to enter the vent stack and drain down, but it was escaping through the separated joint into the wall, causing water damage inside my bathroom, the adjacent bathroom, and the entire condo unit below. Therefore, thanks to the professionalism and precision of COMPANY PLUMBING MANAGEMENT SERVICE, after identifying the leak with meticulous precision and minimizing demolition of the cladding, the work was carried out to perfection: the pipe was replaced, leak tests were performed, and the wall was impeccably restored.
