Here is another honest review...this is for Plumbing Innovators and their team of honest and professional technicians, installers, office personnel....especially those I personally had the absolute pleasure of meeting and conducting business with, Thomas, Austin, Dillon, Hunter, Carol and Angel. These folks were friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and honest. Which is something that really rates high in my book. I had used Plumbing Innovators twice in 1 week, first was a burnt up septic control box that needed immediate replacing...then 3 days later I was in need of a new water heater...not just any water heater, mine was propane and was a special kind that was super expensive. Plumbing Innovators, gave me their FREE estimate on both water heaters, propane versus electric, and we decided the better option was much cheaper to convert propane to electric. Which, in my opinion, shows they were not in this to rake in the most money, they genuinely cared and sought to make the best decision. This shows character and integrity. When it came time for the septic power/alarm box to be replaced, I was shown step by step why and how it needed to be replaced. Not only had it burnt up and caused an alarm that could not be reset, but the unit was extremely out of date using baseball sized lead counter weights for the floats. The warranty that Plumbing Innovators have on all of the items that I have had replaced are matched by none. The technicians were prompt to arrive when they said they would. They also call ahead to ensure that the customer is available. They have extremely competitive pricing, great warranties, fantastic customer service, new and up to date materials/appliances...all because they want the best for their customers. I most definitely recommend Plumbing Innovators and I will continue to use their services. Extremely satisfied customer here. Came home from work to what I expected to be a Septic nightmare. I knew exactly who to call. Plumbing Innovators answered the call early in the morning and had a crew at my house super quick. The crew was amazing! Knowledgeable, professional, and honest. They had me all fixed up in less than an hour! Plumbing Innovators will always be my first and only call for any plumbing needs! They should be yours too!

Once again, during a time of crisis when we had no water, Dillan, Melvin, and Thomas responded the same day. They quickly identified the issue and explained it thoroughly. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy, and a pleasure to work with. Although parts were required, they graciously returned at 7:00 p.m. and worked in the cold to ensure our water was restored. This marks the third time in five years that we have used their services for unrelated issues, and each time they arrived the same day and resolved the problem. None of these were simple fixes. Thank you all for the outstanding service. We are customers for life.

I called about my leaky 75 gallon gas water heater the morning of New Years Eve. Carol was very pleasant to speak with. She scheduled me for that day, with the time that worked for me. The technicians Rikki and Clay removed the old one and replaced it (same size/brand, newer model) in just a few hours. Great guys - no salesman stuff. Quality workmanship. Great price. Thank you all.

Called plumbing innovators late on 12/23/2025 about well pump. Thomas and Brandon showed up Christmas Eve and replaced pump in short order. Thomas and Brandon were pleasant and professional to deal with. I would recommend Plumbing Innovators to anyone needing plumbing work.
