Vince replaced two toilets in our home in Middletown. He gave us good advice as to what we needed, communicated effectively when to expect him at the house, and got the work done in an expert and tidy manner, at a fair price. A pleasure to find a reliable plumber, so we have already scheduled him for additional work we need at the house.

I could not be happier with the services provided by this company. I was having an issues with my tankless water heater which was about 15 years old. I knew it was probably time to replace it. I got a quote from one company and honestly couldn’t believe the price. They told me that their price was on the low side. I knew right from the drop I was going to get a second quote. I was complaining about it at work and a colleague recommended Plumbing First. I didn’t let them know that I had already got a quote. Vinny came looked at everything like the other company did. His quote was more of what I was expecting to pay which was 25% lower than the first. I could tell right off the bat Vinny was an honest no gimmick guy. His work was impeccable, fast, clean, and his experience shows. Very professional and a great sense of humor. Easy to talk to and explains everything. Yum Plumbing First is my new go to for all my plumbing needs in the future. I highly recommend

This company, and Vinny in particular, are simply the best. Vinny is highly responsive, reliable, personable, professional, and knowledgeable. His attention to detail and craftsmanship are top-notch, and the work is backed by a 1-year warranty. He is a clear communicator and he lays out the situation (not sales "options"), including the total price, in advance. The price is very reasonable, and there are no surprises. Here's what's really great: Vinny is there to do the work you need done, NOT to upsell you. Whereas all the big-box-truck plumbers now pull out an iPad and try to convince you that you need some expensive and completely unnecessary upgrade, Plumbing First simply does not do that. I'm really glad I found Plumbing First. I went on a search for a company like this after I had a bad experience with one company and another tried to convince me I need new toilets "because of Middletown water." I'm not a plumber, but I'm also not a complete idiot, and I don't respond well to be treated like one.

What an amazing experience. Vinny from plumbing first is one talented plumber. He answered my call late last night for my emergency and arrived early this morning. You cannot ask for better service. He located the problem less than an hour and corrected the issue within three hours. Not only did he give great service. His prices are phenomenal.
