Very professional and knowledgeable. He explained to me what was needed in order to install my device during the first estimated cost visit. Ivan was amazing and he knows what he's talking about. He came out to inspect a low flow and pressure issue and in 5mins he found the issue with a failing water softener. He came back the next day to help install and made quick work of it. Tested the unit for softness 3 times and the flow and pressure was working again. He did the work fast and efficiently. I highly recommend Plumbing Experts Inc. and will have him take care of all my future plumbing needs. Thank you
