I had a plumbing emergency and found them on Google and gave them a try and am so glad I did! It's the best plumbing company I have ever dealt with, Derek was great and so was Junior who helped him. I had a leak that we discovered was in a pipe connected to main water valve between the walls. Water was flowing into my foundation. I had the Public Water Company out the day before. They saw I could not turn it off, they would not touch it, said get a plumber and left with water still leaking. I called Plumbing Expert and they took great care of me. They came out promptly, found the leak, I did get water turned off finally myself. Derek was professional, very knowledgeable, knew just what I needed and was reassuring because my anxiety level was very high. I was also on a fixed income and very worried about the cost. He fixed the leak that wasn't as bad as we 1st thought so it didn't cost as much as we 1st thought. They were very honest and fair with me which was so refreshing in this day and age. I will be using them again and telling all my friends how good they are. This was a company that actually did care about me and the job they did just like in days gone by! As a retired state certified residential contractor for 45 years, I have had to depend on the trades people hired to do both new installs and maintenance in my client's prestigious homes. Plumbing Experts has been my "Go-To" for almost 30 years. When I'm asked for a referral for anything by anyone, I simply suggest visiting the offices of whatever trade you're seeking. The respect shown in their own offices is a tip-off to how they will treat your home. Very simple, and VERY telling. When your business depends solely on referrals, responsible performance is essential.

Plumbing Experts came to my house to solve construction plumbing problems caused by my remodeling company's plumber and then the other plumbing company I hired, who failed to solve my water problems. Plumbing Experts were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They promptly assessed the situation and proposed a novel solution that did not entail destroying my newly rebuilt home. They returned the very next day, after my contractor approved their estimate, and fixed my six month old water problem. I have not had any problems with Plumbing Experts and/or my water since they finished the work, in ONE day. Six months of repeated other plumbers failing and they solved it in less than one day's work , at a reasonable fee.

This company charges $199-499 just to come out to your home. They call it an investigation fee. This fee is in addition to them actually fixing the problem. I clearly communicated the issue: Water drips from my tub to the floor below. Once they showed me what I had already told them, I was offered two solutions: open a hole in my ceiling to further investigate (additional cost unknown) OR replace the tub's drain pop up (an additional $238). I was then offered 10% off of the cost. This didn't feel like a benefit, it felt like a scam. When I called the office to share my frustration, I was told that it was explained to me when I made the appointment. It wasn't explained clearly because I would have not agreed to the fee not being considered if I decided to use them. All of this after them being an hour and a half late from the estimated time and the "investigation" taking all of 15 minutes tops....waiting for the tub to drain and the leak to appear. This company could do much better in it's practices.
