Super reasonable price, Hektor came out and saved me when our sink drain wouldn't go down for weeks. The clog ended up being 12ft deep but he got it done very quickly and showed up same day. Could not recommend more!

Back in March, my partner and I noticed a leak from the ceiling in our bedroom. We had a handyman recommended by family work on it. His work held up until it started leaking again 6 months later. Before we could get a hold of him, we came home one night to the bedroom completely soaked, water all over the floor and pouring from the leak spot. We wanted a 2nd opinion immediately and was recommended a plumbing guy from my partner's boss. It turned out to be Hektor. What we appreciated about Hektor off the bat was being able to attend to us immediately, considering it was later in the evening. He thoroughly inspected the situation and tried to narrow down the problem to its source. Turns out our previous guy was doing terrible patch-up work, and it was only a matter of time until it would fall apart. Hektor and his crew came back the next morning and started working on our ceiling. It turned out to be an even bigger job, as he had to open up a good portion of the ceiling and even had to redo the shower above us. Despite this and the job taking multiple days, Hektor was friendly, transparent, and honest about everything. He and his crew worked quickly and even cleaned up very well after themselves. And his rate in the end was reasonable, considering everything he did. Never have I had an experience before where a handyman was so communicative and straightforward. I'm very confident his work will hold up. Highly recommended!

Worked with Hector of Emergency Plumbing Service - who was super professional, efficient, and knowledgable. He really cares about doing a good job and from start to finish - made me feel like a valued customer (That is so rare these days). He came over immediately to remove my leaky 55+ year old radiators that were ruining my floors (the valves had actually melted on the gauge - making their removal not so easy). But Hector figured out a way to remove them without damaging the intake valve. Then, on his own, he got me a fantastic deal on 2 brand new radiators that he installed ASAP. I have to say, Hector really does take pride in his work and he wouldn’t leave until he was 100% sure both new radiators 100% worked and were 100% leak-free (which they were). Great price, great work ethic, and extremely professional. What more could you ask for? My wife and I were so impressed we‘re actually gonna work with Hector in the future to have him and his company renovate our bathroom!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! AAAAA++++++ all the way!

Hector was amazing and arrived very quickly. My kitchen sink drain was leaking due to a poor quality nut and he replaced it with a brass piece that will last me forever. He has very reasonable rates and makes sure his work is perfect. He made sure that water was draining properly before leaving (for a good 5-10 mins) and truly cares about the customer.
