We’ve now used Terry’s services 3 times and are so grateful to have found a plumber who is honest and fair! He’s come out quickly, and been thorough and able to solve each issue that we have had. We greatly appreciate you Mr. Terry and will (and have) recommended you to all of our friends. Thank you!

Terry was awesome. He was professional, courteous and fair. We had an issue with a toilet bubbling up when the shower would drain on the other side of the house and he immediately knew it was a venting issue and the places to look. He explained how to fix it and charged a very reasonable amount. It is so nice to have someone that has been in the trade their whole life and actually knows what he is talking about. I recommend him to everyone!

Our upstairs bathtub started leaking into the room below a few days before several house guests were due to arrive. Terry came over to look at it immediately, and returned the next day and fixed it. We are so appreciative! Terry was knowledgeable and friendly, and clearly explained the issue and what steps were required to fix the leak. We will certainly call Plumbing Central again. Highly recommend.

Update on 12/08/2023: I have changed to one star and the reason is today our water line busted. It happened before back in July, and the new plumber told us it was because they used so called shark teeth connector under the ground. That part should be only used indoor! Now after 3 years, our water line began to break. This is ridiculous, I was wondering why suddenly they stopped answering my phone and email as well. Your action is not acceptable! First, you should know those shark teeth are not suitable for underground, second, you should not treat your customer like this. Update: for some reason, since 2020, we can’t get in touch with this business. We called no answer, left VM but no follow up. Sent email but still no feedback. We don’t know what’s going on here. Very strange. Original review: I will give 10 stars to Kerrie if I could. We tried DIY but couldn't get the compression sleeve out from the pipe. Kerrie was busy with another customer for their sewer and came to our house after that. He looked tired but still promptly got the work done, because the valve I purchased was not the right one, he needed to go out to buy for me. The price is also very fair, my water line cost only half of my friend told me which he was charged. Today he did two pieces of work and the charge is less than quotation I got from another company this morning for one work. Notice there's difference between work hours and after work hours. Please try to use his service. I always frank to no matter good ones or bad ones as you can see my other reviews.

Spoke with Terry at 7am. Wow he answered the phone and eagerly gave instructions on what to about my disposal. Told me to go to Home Depot and buy the disposal. Gave the type to get and said he would be here as soon as I called to let him know I got it. I called and he said he would be on his way shortly. That was five hours ago. He has blocked my calls. What did I ever do to you Terry? I left work early to meet this guy and he doesn't even have the courtesy to tell me why he doesn't show? Thank god for Yelp. This guy is a real zero. Wow. Beware of a huge waste of time.

Such great reviews about the work Terry does and after lots of research the reviews was the reason I called. Called twice and both times a "no show". First time I spoke with Terry and he said he was on his way to a job but could be at my house later that afternoon and would call me when he was on his way. Never heard from him. Thought to myself, "ok, he got tied up so maybe he will call me tomorrow or Monday. No call. About 4 weeks later I called again and again, spoke to terry. Said he was in his truck and that his girl was out of the office and that he would call me back. Terry did call me back saying he could not come the next day, a Friday, but could come on Monday after 2 PM. I told him I would leave work early to meet him at home. Terry said, again, that he would call me when he was on his way. So I took off from work early and once again, no call or show. No call to say he was sorry for not making the appointment or to reschedule. Extremely disappointed. Customer service is very important to me and Plumbing Central definitely lacks Customer Service.

Master Plumber Terry was responsive when I called with an emergency plumbing issue after 11:30 PM on a Sat. night, and while he was already on another emergency call he was willing to come out to address my issue as soon as he was done with the call he was on. Before we hung up he made a suggestion to check a pipe in the meantime if I was comfortable. Otherwise, he was planning to come out to my house and would call me when he was on his way. After the call, I tried his suggestion and thankfully it worked and I was able to temporarily stop the immediate issue. I called him back to delay his appointment until the next day when he and his assistant arrived on-time as scheduled. He was able to resolve the issue within 30 minutes and charged a very reasonable fee. He also made proactive recommendations for a permanent fix for the issue that will likely worsen in the near future. He advised that Plumbing Central could take care of the long term fix when I'm ready. I highly recommend Plumbing Central and their Master Plumber Terry for plumbing issues.

I called Plumbing Central regarding a leaking basement pipe. They assured me that they would call me the next morning to set up an appointment, but I never received a phone call. I called them a second time the following morning, and they were able to send someone out the next day to look at our pipe. We were told to purchase a new sink disposal, and that they would come out the following Friday between 12-2 to install the disposal. At 2:00 I called to see if they were on their way, and was told that there had been an emergency and they would let me know when they would be stopping by. After another 2 hours of waiting, I called and was told the plumber would get in touch with me and let me know when he would be by. I spoke to the plumber, and was told he would let me know later on in the day what time he would be available. I never heard back from the plumber, and called the business the following day to set up another appointment, but as of today, I still have not heard from them!

Found this company on the internet. We discovered a leak under the house. Terry came right away and diagnosed the problem. We were impressed! In this world where plumbers are a dime a dozen, we thought we struck gold with him. We are very loyal customers, if we find someone we like, we stick with them forever. We thought this was our guy. We went out and bought the toilet because he said it needed to be replaced. My husband spent the next week trying to get him back out to our house to install it. He called at least 5 times and finally got a return phone call where Terry said "Sorry I've been out of town, my mother got sick". We gave him the benefit of the doubt. Called again numerous times the next several days with no response at all. We finally went with a different plumber. I honestly don't know how this guys stays in business with these kind of dealings. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT CALL PLUMBING CENTRAL.

I had an outside pipe burst due to the freezing weather so I just Google searched "Alpharetta plumbers" and Plumbing Central was the only one who I could actually talk to on a Sunday night around 10:30PM. It wasn't a plumbing emergency so they swung by the house the next morning. I previously had this pipe repaired as it burst a couple years ago but when I had it repaired then, I was told there was no shutoff valve and one needed to be installed. When I told Central Plumbing this, he said, no way, there's always a shut off valve for outside spigots...and there was, in a highly unusual location but he found it! He could easily have said there wasn't and charged us to install one but he didn't. This is a great local company who is very responsive (uses text messaging) and very HONEST! They have a customer for life and I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks (or doesn't for that matter).

I called Plumbing Central on Monday, they promised to come and fix my kitchen sink issue that same night, but it was only Tuesday night that Terry Davis and his crew showed up at my place. He was extremely apologetic about not making it to take care of my kitchen plumbing the night before. Mr. Davis asked me a couple of questions and within 20 minutes my kitchen sink issue was taken care of. His crew and of course Mr. Davis himself know what they are doing and work very well together as a team. I am very thankful for advice I got from Mr. Davis regarding clean up of my kitchen sink leakage aftermath and very pleased with the way he communicates with his clients. If I were to encounter another plumbing issue, I will call Plumbing Central only. I highly recommend Mr. Davis to all Alpharetta/Roswell/Milton residents. Thank you so much Mr. Davis!

Terry is the man. I had a renovation JUST done on my second floor master bath. First time running the shower I got water stains on my 1st floor ceiling. Had roto rooter out and I insisted this was probably an issue with the fixtures due to some evidence I had compiled. Roto rooter consistently ignored me and after cutting a hole in my ceiling, insisted I need to tear down the newly renovated tiled shower wall for them to diagnose. Terry came out and confirmed my suspicions. Water was going back into the wall from a misinstalled tub faucet. When the diverted was on there wasn’t a good seal so some water was going into the wall. He didn’t even charge me. To confirm it because it was so easy for him. Awesome guy.

Plumbing Central came out to our plumbing emergency within half an hour and worked so hard to get it fixed and got our water turned back on that same evening. We had a blue poly main line burst the evening before and decided to have a replacement put in. Terry arrived promptly, took a look at the problem, gave us a reasonable price and started the job immediately. He ran a new line under our driveway, through our front yard but at the end of the day when the water turned on again - our yard look hardly disturbed. He got the utilities marking service to come out immediately to make sure no accidents happened. Super job from an experienced plumber, two days before Thanksgiving.

Plumbing Central is the place to go for all your plumbing needs. Terry is an honest and first class plumber who knows his stuff. Had a water bill that was increasing every month and could not figure out what was happening. Terry came out and diagnosed the problem in no time and found a crack in my water line and sewer line six feet underground! Was able to handle this mess in a timely fashion and everything is better than new. Also handled a couple of other minor plumbing issues quickly and efficiently. I hope to not have to use a plumber too often but I will definitely trust Plumbing Central with all my plumbing issues. Top notch quality and service.

WOW! WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE. PLUMBING CENTRAL WAS INITIALLY SCHEDULED TO COME OUT TO JUST GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE FOR A PROBLEM THAT I WAS LEAD TO BELIEVE WAS EXTENSIVE BASED ON THE TWO PREVIOUS ESTIMATES. I WON'T MENTION ANY NAMES, BUT THEY WERE EXTREMELY HIGH AND BOTH HAD ME BELIEVE THAT MY BATHROOMS WOULD BE OUT OF COMMISSION FOR A FEW DAYS. TERRY CAME OUT RIGHT ON SCHEDULE AND INSTEAD OF JUST AN ESTIMATE HAD THE PROBLEM REPAIRED IN 30 MINUTES FOR $150. A COUPLE OF THOUSAND LESS THAN THE OTHERS. HONESTY, RELIABILITY AND GREAT WORKMANSHIP! LOOK NO FURTHER FOR YOUR PLUMBING NEEDS OUTSIDE OF PLUMBING CENTRAL. I KNOW I WON'T. THANKS TERRY!
