Pablo was our technician & he found problematic areas on the hot & cold water valves under the sink as well as toilet wall valve. The valves were stiff & difficult to turn & showing rust & corrosion. Also Pablo showed me a crack in the old original pipe connecting the pea trap that could start leaking, so he changed it to a new plastic PVC pipe. Pablo is very conscientious, honest, knowledgeable, & communicated his professional opinion & experience whenever any problems arose or plans needed to change. Thank you Pablo for a job well done!

Update: We have used them for years at this point. Most recent was a broken shower and replacing a toilet. They have also crawled under our house to replace a pipe, noted water pressure issues, and replaced our water heater. We have even gotten repeat visits by their plumbers (that have worked for the company for years, which speaks to employee loyalty and good retention). Toilet was clogged completely. We don't own a snake for clogs and don't even know what I would buy. I previously had Plumbing Care quote me for a gas line that we ended up not installing, so called them again for this service. It was Sunday morning, a regular working day for their techs. Within an hour of calling, the tech was here, unclogged the toilet and fixed the issue for us. I also got to see the use of the toilet auger (which I am now buying one to have on hand). There were on time, courtesy, masked, shoe bootied, quick and kept the bathroom very clean. And they didn't charge an emergency surcharge as they are open on Sundays! Worth the peace of mind and a quick resolution. Thank you Plumbing Care!

Dimitry just installed a water softener system for our townhouse, and I'm very happy with the entire process. He was very courteous, professional, and straightforward — basically the traits you would want in a service professional, especially when dealing with a subject matter you're not familiar with. When he initially gave me a price quote, I had sticker shock because I remember water softeners costing a lot less a decade ago. But after calling around, I realized that his pricing was actually incredibly fair for providing a turnkey solution. On the day of, he texted before arriving, and he arrived early. Removing the old system and installing and setting up the new one took him under an hour. When he was done, he went over everything in detail and made sure I was comfortable with the setup. Dimitry came across as trustworthy and friendly, and I'd definitely be contacting Plumbing Care Inc again the next time I need a plumber.

So I had originally set up an appointment with jazz plumbing and the experience was hot trash. After that, I gave these guys a call and Alan and Angel came to my house on time the next day. They were quick to understand the issue and provide a quote for the fix. They also called out some other options in terms of things they could replace that although not strictly critical to fixing the problem would be beneficial in the long run // as long as they were going to do x they could also do y. Both Alan and Angel were super kind and professional. They also were just pleasant to talk to and quick to get the job done. I would recommend them for sure to anyone needing a plumbing issue looked at. TL;DR - great experience, quick to fix, don’t use Jazz Plumbing use these guys

I had a tankless water heater flush and it was a great experience. The technician was extremely nice, pleasant, and very professional throughout the entire visit. He took the time to do a really thorough job and made sure everything was working properly before he left and was sure to explain everything so I understood. What I appreciated most was how friendly and respectful he was while also clearly knowing what he was doing. He explained things clearly and didn’t rush the service, which made me feel confident the job was done right. If you go through this company, I definitely recommend requesting Juan Lemus. When a tankless hot water heater stops working after 10PM who do you call? I scheduled an appointment on line with Plumbing Care, Inc. for the next morning. They sent Hristo who by his demeanor and professionalism suggested it would be better to buy a new one then spend dollars repairing the 12 year old heater. In my career I have managed a very large group of technicians and Hristo reminded me of the best that I have known. Upon returning and installing the new heater his mechanical skills as well as his expertise need to be praised. From the first time I met him I trusted his judgement and it has proven to be accurate. Mitko was the assigned plumbing technician assigned to my house to investigate the source of an internal leak and repair once identified. He arrived on time, briefly explained the process and after a short conversation, started inspecting the area and quickly found the issue. Once identified, made quick work of replacing the damaged section of pipe. Mitko’s experience was key in tracking down the problem resulting in minimal holes (just two) to repair after completion. Alvictor was SUPER! SUPER! 10+++ He explained everything while checking water heater, showed me how to re light pilot light, showed me automatic exterior gas shut off light and how to turn it on again. I was never aware when unit installed or giving this information. Was on time. Sent pre msg with arrival time, courtesy , friendly and most important a very caring individual who made sure I understood everything before leaving. Kudos to this great employee!
