Kirk is AWESOME! I had a pretty small leak on my toilet shut off after I installed a new one. He walked me through on where and how to get and use a puller for the brass conical seal on the copper pipe coming out of the wall which btw worked perfectly. He also recommended using pipe dope which I did as well after installing new conical brass seal. No leaks! I will definitely call him for bigger projects because guys like that you can definitely trust! Thanks again Kirk! You are the man!!!

Kirk is the Man! My bathroom sink drain was backed up and clogged. I called to see how much he would charge me to come out and clear the drain. Instead of taking the opportunity to make some quick money. He took the time out of his day to walk me through step by step over FaceTime on how to do it myself. He instructed me on how to take apart the piping under the sink and use a drain snake to clear the blockage in the pipes! This man is a rare breed who genuinely cares about helping people. I will definitely be giving him a call in the future if I run into any plumbing problems. Thank You Sir!

He took the time to explain everything clearly, pointed out what to look for, and gave me referrals to the right people so I could get my issue handled quickly and correctly. This is over a year ago, sorry for delay, I saw a truck 2 houses down and asked if they could look at my clogged drain in my back yard, The young man tried but, could not clear it. He was very nice. He then said they could probably come back with equipment that should clean it for around $400. Called the office to schedule and she said it would cost $800-900. No mention of time spent. I authorized the work. Out came 3 people, one being the owner. After what I saw as standing around while one guy did most of the work they informed me that after 2 hours they were done with the initial charge. They would be glad to return for $250 an hour, what a break, I refused. Disappointment for what kept getting revised as to the work. No one said at any time the price was for 2 hours only. Their nonchalant attitude throughout their time here was terrible.
