Came to fix plumbing in apartment above me in my bathroom rust came out of the pipes into my tub turned it Orange did not come back to clean it said that it was there when they got there they lied it was not there and it's still there will not come clean it told the property management company it was already there they lied. They said it was water stains bull no one would shower in the tub with orange water stains. My house is clean my house is always clean they lie lie lie lie.

Service is a joke. Called to get a quote for shower valve replacement (had the vavle and showerset up i wanted). Told me to send pictures over then proceeded to tell my go switch it, it's rebuildable in the future. Is that what I asked for? Or did I ask for a quote to swap out a valve. Lost 3 customers in need of the same thing...

And I ask him to come to my Rental Unit so we can talk about exactly what need to be done and give me a written estimate of the total cost for this job, He said he will e-mail it to my e-mail.I also told him that I will be supplying all the materials he will need. All I need from him is the labor cost. THIS IS EXACTLY HE SEND TO MY E-MAIL Contractor will replace a fiberglass shower tub labor only. Customer will provide a fiberglass shower walls and tub. $2.300 Contractor will replace a shower faucet labor only $500.00. Contractor will install a 4 light labor only $400.00. Contractor will install a drywall in the ceiling covering existing light fixture location and will patch and texture the ceiling $750.00. Contractor will will make a shore tub is going to fit in the spot. Contractor will provide a framing work for the project . Painting is not included. ON JULY 18,2020 THAT DAY i CALL HIM AND TOLD HIM THAT I AM BUYING All the materials he will need for the bathroom job. I also say that will be doing the Bathroom Job first and let set this up for Aug. 1,2020 WHEN HE GOT HERE ON THE 1ST HE DIDN'T PICK UP THE MATERIALS AS YOU CAN SEE ON THIS WRITTEN SHEET OF THE TOTAL COST OF THIS JOB . THE BATHROOM JOB ONLY SHOULD OF ONLY COST ONLY A GRAND TOTAL OF $ 2,800 HE WAIT UNTIL AUG 1, WHEN THE JOB WAS SUPPOSED STARTED TO JACK UP HIS PRICE ANOTHER $ 1,000.00

Jack Elechyan was on time, professional, and polite. He did a great job explaining the problem and fixing it quickly during his visit. He answered all my questions thoroughly and explained all the options we had with Jack . I would definitely recommend Jack and his company plumbing issues in the future.

I call them after working hours and Jack came my house and change my water heater at 1:30am. Fast service, friendly , honest and great people. I will recommend Jack everyone I know .
