Jamari and his assistant were truly amazing. Replaced the water pressure tank in no time. Explained in detail and educated me as to the work that was done. Went above and beyond what I expected and for that I’m grateful. Told me what to look in preparation to correct the root of the problem which caused the leakage in the weakest part of this old unit. They were professionals in every sense of the word. An asset to the company they represent. I’ll certainly be requesting them by name in the near future. Hands down, my absolute favorite plumbers in the Atlanta area! I have used them for so many work orders, and every time they’ve delivered top-notch service. Jamari, in particular, is outstanding—always punctual, professional, and incredibly efficient. Their pricing is very fair, especially considering the quality of work, honesty and attention to detail. Jamari was absolutely awesome! I appreciated his honesty from the jump! He knew I was very frustrated because I had just spent money on a new water heater. Jamari told me from the start that it would be best to get our water line re-routed to save money and time! On the day of service, it was raining a lot so Jamari was willing to reschedule our appointment to help protect my yard if I wanted to. I decided to keep the appointment and they did a great job of not making a mess of the yard. Jamari also moved pieces of our furniture in the garage to get to the water shut off valve. Plumbers 4 real came to my house to unclog my toilet, but instead, they broke the pipe. I have been trying to reach them every since. I paid $879.00 for them to break my pipe. I had to get another contractor to fix the broken pipe and reset the toilet. The cost for the job was $1000.00. I have called several times to get my money back, but there has been no response from the company. JAMARI was the technician who performed the job.

Called several numbers and was directed to an answering service with reps who were very kind but couldn’t answer any questions about the services and cost. Would be great to speak with an expert when trying to identify a new vendor

To anyone who needs a for real plumber: I was extremely desperate to find a licensed professional plumber when my water bill went from $40 each month to $300 to over $600 a month during a 3-month period. A friend highly recommended Plumbers 4 Real. He said they had recently completed a major plumbing repair job at his home. He noted that they did an excellent job at a reasonable price. So, I contacted them and I made an appointment to have someone come out the next day. Jamaree, the owner, showed up the next day, determined that I needed to replace the water line from the meter to the house, and provided a quote that same day. I agreed to what I considered a reasonable quote a week later and scheduled an appointment the following week to have the work done. Jamaree and his crew showed up on time and completed the project the same day as promised. He and crew put everything back that was disrupted to the point you couldn't tell that they had come to my home and completed such a major job in one day. To conclude, my water bill is now back to normal. I highly recommend Plumbers 4 Real with no reservations whatsoever. They are indeed 4 Real.👍 Thanks, Frederick Berry

My wife and I called Plumbers 4 Real to determine the source of a leak on 8/6. Jamari came out to inspect. He was very nice and prompt. His inspection was questionably quick and he said that the leak was due to a cracked service line. He quoted us $4,800 to replace the line. We put a $500 deposit down to secure the appointment as it was an emergency. We had another plumber come out to double check the source of the leak. He determined the leak was actually just a leaking toilet. The fix was just $280. We were quite frustrated that we were almost charged $4,800 for a service that was not needed and would not have fixed the issue. I emailed Jamari formally asking to resolve my grievance privately by asking for a refund of the $500 deposit. I always like to give someone the opportunity to make it right before making any judgments. I feel it is more than fair. After multiple follow ups I never received a response. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they never responded to them either. I would not recommend using them as they could cost you thousands without fixing the problem. I will happily update my review if the company reaches out and refunds my $500 in full.

I had a toilet that did not flush, and a garbage disposal that was jammed. Their inspection/assessment cost $59.99 but the issue is that they simply did not put any effort into actually assessing the problem. The plumbers opened the tank of the toilet, and barely looked at it, not even touching it, and from this they were able to 'determine' that we either needed a partial tank rebuild for ~~$320, or, and this is what he heavily recommended, a full replacement for $750. He cited the toilet's age as the reason for why it most likely would need a replacement to work. Then, after again, barely looking at the garbage disposal he said he could try to unjam it for $150, or replace it for $500, again suggesting it might need a replacement. This seemed quite expensive, so we looked around, and contacted a handyman, who came by with a set of tools and in under an hour, fixed the toilet, fixed the garbage disposal and even helped with a couple other issues in the house, for $100. Plumbers 4 Real simply did not put the effort into properly assessing the issue, and charged exorbitant prices, and so I overall felt my experience to be overwhelmingly negative.

Our neighbor used plumbers 4real In the process of fixing their plumbing they ruined my yard they told our neighbor that they would fix it if I called plumbers 4 real once I returned from working out of town we called 7/25 we called and left a message with the after hours receptionist 7/26 they called back and explained the situation again they said they would talk to the supervisor and callback Waited a week and no response Called back August 1st to see whay was going on & they stated they would call a lawnscaper to come out to repair the lawn that day or the next day Called again 8/2 the girl stated that she didn't know what to do because her supervisor wasn't available since he had just gotten married and they would call back when they had an answer till this day we have never heard back. I put in a lot of time and work so my home (yard included) to look exceptionally well & taken care of so the fact that they didn't reach out to fix the damage that was caused and the fact that they failed to follow up and actually do what was promised shows a lot about a business and how they operate. I'm beyond disappointed situation and how it was handled.

I can not overemphasize what a wonderful interaction I had with this company! I was horrified to discover water flowing into my yard the day after Thanksgiving. I had no plumbing knowledge and had no idea how to solve the problem. On top of that, most companies weren’t available for days given the holiday. I sat without water for 2 days until I called plumbers for real. Jamari, from Plumbers4real put me at ease from the initial encounter. Everyone from the office staff to the men who completed the repair were pleasant and went the extra mile. Jamari patiently answered all of my questions and even gave me information on how to care for my home if I have to leave town for an extended period. I had another company come out who told me they would have to destroy my yard, sidewalk, and flower beds to do the repair. Plumbers4Real made it look like they were never even there. It was such an amazing encounter. I plan to use plumber4real for all my plumbing needs going forward!

Words can't describe the level of gratitude and respect I have for Jamari and this company. We had an emergency backup from our main sewage line at 10:00p 2 days before Thanksgiving. Jamari was out at my house after an emergency call very quickly and stayed at the house throughout the night diagnosing the problem using a plethora of tools, devices and technology to get the situation resolved. If you need any help whatsoever with a plumbing issue, call this company! They used steel snakes, HD piping cameras, hydro-jetting, etc. Extremely reliable, clear and quick communication and high-level of experience make this company the best plumbing company I've ever worked with. They stayed all night (even after the sun came up), fixed my issue and even had connections for a Mitigation company to be out first thing in the morning to help clean up the mess. They truly saved our Thanksgiving and we were still able to host Thanksgiving dinner because of them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! A++

We have used Plumbers4 Real multiple times to resolve a variety of problems. These have included leaks in the house, toilet problems, adjustments of our water heaters, replacement of an outdoor spigot and, most recently, replacement of a shut off valve and pressure valve. We have been delighted with their service. Todd has been our plumber on each of the above occasions and has done a fabulous job each and every time. He is extremely well informed. He takes his time diagnosing the problem and then also takes his time explaining the issue. He tells us why and how each problem needs to be repaired. He reviews the costs involved and always explains possible options. He is an extremely patient and personable professional. He leaves our house with the involved area looking as clean as before the job was done. I can't rave about him and his company enough. We are very lucky to have found him.

This company is the real deal! Their name stuck out which is what made me call them in the first place. The young lady was very helpful and provided me with info upfront such at the trip charge. I also received a courtesy call when the plumber was 30 mins out. Todd showed up on time and was very courteous. He investigated and diagnosed it as a damaged flanged causing a leak which materialized in my garage ceiling. The flange was poorly glued together by the builder and was not properly set. Basically, it has been leaking for 5 years since my home was constructed. He rebuilt the plumbing and so far so good! Very professional. I manage HOAs for a living and would love to have them approved as a vendor based on my experience.

What does it say about a company that gives you excellent customer service even when they aren't servicing the home?! I was extremely pleased with my interactions with Plumbers 4 Real. The CEO was kind enough to sit on the phone and answer questions regarding an unsettling quote from my warranty company's contractor. He provided helpful feedback and counsel on my situation and reassured me about moving forward. That speaks volumes to the character and essence of Plumbers 4 Real. They care about the customer and their homes and this homeowner truly appreciates it.

My 13 year old water heater started leaking and got my living room carpet wet. Of course, things like this never happen during regular business hours. I knew a guy from Plumbers 4 Real lived up my street about half a black away as I had seen his work van there. Todd was professional, fast, polite and knew exactly how to get a new water heater in, despite already working a full day, he worked late into the night and got the water heater installed along with a new water regulator.
