Joshua came out quickly and was very knowledgeable on what he was doing. He quickly found the leak and helped us contact the right people to get the problem addressed. I highly recommend him and this company!

I have a basement bathroom on a sump pump and it never plumbed correctly (missing vent). Joshua and I came up with a plan to make things work and he quoted me a fair price. He arrived when scheduled and knocked it out in a couple hours, and the final price was exactly what he quoted. I also had another plumbing company look at the task and their quote was significantly higher. Joshua is also a really nice guy. Call him for your plumbing needs!

Josh is an amazing professional and a great plumber! My bathroom and shower was clogged, he spent 6 hours and did the right thing that was needed to fix the issue permanently and gave recommendations. I highly recommend Josh and his crew.

I would definitely recommend Plumberjacks. Justin replaced a water heater and a failing pressure reducer. In doing so, he cleaned up a jumble of copper pipes and connections previous plumbers created over the last 60 years. He was very knowledgeable, technically skilled and honest in his recommendations. Plumbing costs in the Puget Sound are obscene so while he wasn’t inexpensive, he was significantly less expensive, and in my experience way more competent, than the big four local companies. (For example a Pinky’s Plumbing experience: I was charged $1700 to cap off the hot and cold water lines-$850 each and that did not include reattaching them later- to the broken faucet that flooded my house. My problem with that was that they weren’t copper pipes that needed to be cut, capped and soldered. They were PEX that he cut plugged and crimped both in less than 5 minutes. Never mind that he did not even consider that there might be a pressure problem and when I specifically asked that he check it he said it would be several hundred dollars because he “would need to disconnected the water line to your washing machine and would then need to replace the hoses and washers to reconnect it” Not only could he have checked it on the garden hose, he could have checked it on the water heater drain like I did. I would have to imagine Pinky’s plumbers have access to the same You Tube videos I do. The pressure ultimately proved to be more than twice recommended levels and most assuredly caused the faucet to break and the pressure relief valve on my water heater to fail in the same month.)

Joshua was awesome! He installed our new dishwasher and really took care of our place while doing it. Super nice guy, made sure everything was done right, and even took the old dishwasher with him which was a huge help. We’ll definitely be calling him again when it’s time for our next big purchase (washer!). Highly recommend!
