I was in need of a Plummer to fix my water intake valve to my house. I had a rooter guy come to my home to fix a slow drain and while he was leaving I had him take a look at my water intake pipes. He said he could fix it and provided me a quote that was so ridiculous I’d prefer not to mention. I decided to call another Plummer and came across the plummerdrummer. I read some of his reviews and decided to take a chance. This was Friday afternoon about 4pm. He replied back. I provided him a couple pics and he told me that he could fix it but not on the Monday. I was ok with that, and hoped for later in the week. Over the weekend, I received a text that he was able to come by after all on Monday afternoon. They came, they put in new pipes and were done within 90mins for an 8th of the cost of what was quoted from the rooter guys. I couldn’t be more pleased. They were professional and cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely be using these guys again. Thanks Plummerdrummer. Excellent job!!!!

They were Just in Time!

We had Justin install three earthquake shut-off valves for three homes in our community. Although the job was done properly, we didn't like his handling of a simple problem we had with one of the valves. Instead of trying to fix the issue which could be resolved either over the phone by him giving basic instructions to the homeowner or simply stop by and reset the valve, he tried to put the blame on the valve and/or others. If you're looking for professional plumber that keeps supporting the homeowners after the work and shows respect, look somewhere else.

Justin was very responsive when I was looking for my kitchen sink to get repaired. He's transparent so there were no questions on price. I highly recommend him and will use him for jobs in the future.
