I gotta say, in the short time I’ve been dealing with Plumber Now, I could not have asked for a better experience. You don’t just get a great group of personable people, you get great work along with it! I have a huge appreciation for the fact that they got my leak fixed the same day I called. It’s great to have that piece of mind that they can get me sorted that quickly. A personal shoutout to the plumber Alex who serviced our hot water heater unit and leakage issue. Additionally, Justin, the office manager and co-founder who went above and beyond to make me feel like he truly appreciated me as a repeat customer. You don’t see that much these days but it’s made me a customer for life.

Plumber Now LLC was dispatched to home. I was given an ETA and the ability to track the plumber, Frank. Frank arrived even sooner than I had expected and he got right to work. Accessing the plumbing issues inviting me to see what was to be done and answering all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and down to business. He gave us reassurances and piece of mind. Let me tell you it wasn’t just talk everything went and worked the way Frank said it would. He even went way beyond the extra mile and cleaned a tub and shower for us as I’m disabled with kidney issues and can’t breathe to clean the area but he took care of business. I went to commend Plumber Now LLC for having Frank on their team and Thank him personally for his work and extra efforts. Thank You, Frank. 5+STARS

Justin L. did an excellent job installing my water heater. He was very professional, courteous, and friendly. Explained everything about the installation from start to finish. He went above and beyond my expectations. Took pride in his work. I would definitely recommend them in the future.

UPDATE: They are avoiding my calls, dodging court summons and never resolved the damage they caused. WARNING: AVOID THEM!!! Plumber Now / Phil Patterson, sent a plumber "Frank" to my home on March 25, 2024 to replace a broken undermounted kitchen sink. Frank broke the countertop while trying to remove the sink. Phil agreed to resolve/reimburse for the damages but continues to avoid communicating and resolving this matter. I was left without use of my kitchen for over 30-days until I finally had to pay for the repairs myself. I am sooo very disappointed with him and their service. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Do NOT use them!!! Flooded my basement and destroyed important equipment of mine. Expensive at that. The person that flooded it explained how incompetent the tech was before him. Well I called them to notify them and they did NOT care. I spoke to a manager and he assumed the story of the tech. The tech did not reach out about the mistake. And since the person I spoke to said plumber now is affiliated with invitation homes, then this review would make sense. They wiped my my table with a micro cloth and left. Plumber now took no responsibility. Invitation homes of course isn’t answering or responding yet.
