Austin was super professional, communicated clearly what needed to be done as well as pricing options. The work was completed quickly and you would have never even know he was there. The scheduling process was very easy and anyone I spoke with was ver kind.

I highly recommend Plumb Tite Plumbing. I was in need of a new hot water heater. Will Mairose was the technician assigned. He was very professional. He arrived during the window of time for the free estimate. He thoroughly explained my options for replacement and what the job would entail. He even took the time to make adjustments to a leaky toilet when i asked if he coukd take a look at it while he was there. He promptly sent me my three options with the estimated entire cost which was below a competitors estimate I had obtained months before. I was able to easily make an appointment on a convenient day for me. Will arrived promptly and explained to me the entire process for the day. He was able to install the replacement with minimal disruption to the household and ahead of schedule. When he was finished he explained everything that he did and how to operate my new hot water heater. He also imformed me of maintenace of the unit. He cleaned up the entire work space to the point where no one would know that I had just had the hot water heater replaced. I am very pleased with the functioning of the new hot water heater and I will be calling Plum Tite again in the future and asking for Will for future plumbing needs.

Thought they were good then they refused to help me find my issue. Will be looking for others in the future. And they've replied and I don't know how to reply to their reply, so I'm adding all of this: I had had a technician out to my place who fixed 2 leaks, no problems. We identified a third leak, but couldn't find the source. I was given a quote of $125 to cut into the wall to inspect. I found what I believed to be the source, called the company back and they sent a different technician out. This technician did very little inspection and immediately said this leak will be too hard to identify and refused the service that I thought I had agreed to, being the $125 dollar 'inspection' fee. I believed I was paying for a service when the technician arrived and was very shocked to hear 'no' almost as soon as he entered my building. I also called their referral and explained the situation, the company said they don't handle these type's of situations as the leak was not underground, it was in the walls. I've also called other plumbers and explained the situation, they assured me they would not refuse service and would help identify and fix the leak. My experience as a customer was a very negative one. In my opinion the technician did not want to do any work to help identify the issue. I was left with a referral that was of no help and I have to go thru the hassle of scheduling another visit with another company. I understand they want to defend their actions, but I will not be using them again, ever, because of this. It's very simple, in my eyes they are not up to the standards of other plumbing companies who are willing to help with my issue.

2/25/2026--The installation of our new hot water heater was done perfectly — great service and no issues with the setup. However, there is one area for improvement: during the removal of the old, broken hot water heater, no protective plastic sheeting was laid down over our finished basement carpet. When the old unit was tilted and moved, rusty/dirty water leaked from the bottom onto the carpeting. This created an unpleasant and preventable experience. For future jobs in finished basements, it would be extremely helpful if technicians laid down plastic or protective material across the carpet before removing old equipment to avoid accidental water damage.

Austin McBerty, a technician for Plumb Tite Plumbing LLC, did an excellent job of fabing and installing a water supply leg for a lawn sprinkler system. His knowledge showed in the efficient way he worked. It took about 4 hours to complete this job. He was very pleasant, explained what he was doing, and how it all worked when I came by several times to see how it was going. I highly recommend Plumb Tite Plumbing and HVAC for plumbing projects. Ask for Austin, he knows his business.

Our AC was blowing warm air and it was 85 degrees in the house. We were miserable all night, and have a senior dog who was struggling with the heat. Plum tite came over, fully diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and replaced it same day. The price was very reasonable and they provided several options for paying. The house feels so much better, and our dog is no longer panting. They are extremely accommodating and we are so grateful for the cooler air and great service!

Plumb Tite was amazing in helping us to replace our tankless water heater. The crew was all very professional and friendly from start to finish. Then separately, when our a/c stopped working, they came out and gave some information about what was wrong and recommended getting in touch with the original installer to save money as it was under warranty, instead of just trying to push me for their business. Great company and I would highly recommend working with them!

I’ve worked with Plumb Tite now on at least 6 different occasions. I’ve had water heaters replaced, bath tubs installed, outdoor faucets replaced, garbage disposals installed, and all sorts of plumbing stuff done. I’ve used other companies for this before and I keep coming back to Plumb Tite because the technicians are awesome. They’re professional, fair priced and always stand behind their work.

4th time using Plumb Tite. I do not know if their prices are competitive or not, but service is outstanding! Appts are confirmed, photo of the plumber is sent before arrival (awesome safety protocol!), price is provided at start. Will M. explained everything he planned to do today. He was polite, honest, and did a great job on the non-standard toilet install.

Austin was very courteous. He tried to unclog our kitchen sink. He tried and tried but no success. Not because he didn't try. He believed that the original plumbers put in a backwards connection and he couldn't get past it. We plan to have him back to fix the problem. After we have someone come out to find out where problem is.

Jon Stanfield, has proven to me. To be a man of his word. I’ve had others talk the talk, but this man walks the walk. He said that he would have his drain line, clear and free and that’s just what he did. It’s a rarity in this world that you can find someone. Who actually does what they say.
