My heat went out today during the snowstorm, and I was really stressed that it was going to be a big issue or take a long time to get someone out. I called Plumb Pros and they had a technician at my house within 90 minutes. Charlie was awesome! He was friendly, professional, and very straightforward about everything he was doing. He explained the issue clearly, gave honest feedback, and had my furnace fixed in no time. I’ve used Plumb Pros multiple times for plumbing, AC, and now furnace work, and they’ve been consistently excellent every time. They are extremely customer-oriented, true professionals, and always reliable. They never try to upsell or take advantage of the situation, and they do exceptional work without breaking your wallet. I’m very grateful for their help today and highly recommend Plumb Pros to anyone looking for trustworthy and reliable service.

I called Plumb Pros to come out and fix our heater and backed up kitchen sink. Not only did they resolve these problems and ensure that our appliances were back up and running properly, but they were professional and well educated. Charlie & Fonz were so polite and very informative as they went over all of the options for payment, financing, and available discounts as well. Definitely glad we called this company and would certainly recommend them to anyone in the future! Thank you so much!

This company has my five stars! They have been servicing my home for almost a decade. The brothers Fonzo and Alfredo have gone above and beyond to make me happy and my house warm. Matt David Alfonso and Fonzo are always professional knowledgeable and on time. They make the wrongs right and I know I can count on them. Claudia is on point and knows her job well. She always takes care of me. The owner is great and runs a good business. I would recommend them to all I know. Use them you won't be disappointed Cathy Montoya

Yikes...quoted over $9,000 for two 50 gallon water heaters. Home Depot sells for $734. Makes me want to also get another plumber here to see if we even need them. Not a company you should trust. And of course, they want to up-sell to have their company extend the warranty.

Plumb Pro is really expensive. They wanted to replace a faucet for $1,100 (nothing special with the brand of of faucet) I got another plumber to do it for $325, great job) They had worked on fixing a toilet, didn't fix it and then I was desperate and they charged me over $800 to replace a toilet (That was with credit, they would have charged me over $1,000. The toilet was a higher grade, but not an extreme luxury brand. I would never use them again. You can find much less expensive plumbers who will do just as good a job. Uggh..feel so ripped off, but I was desperate, had people coming in to town, needed it done.

The Facts, and Nothing But the Facts: - The tech was dispatched and arrived in a timely manner - Alot of trash fell out of the tech's truck into our gutter upon arrival - The tech seemed more of a used car salesman and less of a plumber, who spent the first 10-15 mins trying to up-sell vs just fix our clogged toilet. More so, he didnt know his products well or their prices (-he kept referring to some binder.) - The tech's equipment was "broken" so he went to an inferior (snake) machine that he claimed "This probably wont work, but we'll try it anyway." - The inferior machine in-fact did not work. -The tech spent the better part of the next 30-35 mins in the back of his truck trying to fix the first machine. No success. - With no other options, the tech called his dispatch and had another machine sent out. - After about 2 1/2 hours (what should have about a 60-90 minute job), I was told the clog was fixed. - The tech charged me and left. -That night, the clog returned AND we noticed a tile in our bathroom where the tech had been working was now cracked. - The following day I called and spoke with Phil who was polite and seemed to care about this bad business transaction. He asked to schedule a time the following day to come out and fix the problem. I had explained we already called another plumber and the problem had been fixed. He said he wanted to at least come out and see the crack in the tile. - The next day, Phil had an employee call me to cancel our appointment and that I should email photos/ images of documents/ That he would put a refund check in the mail. - I sent the email and waited. -The entire week of Sept 16 came and went with no refund check in the mail. (we live 1 zip code away from their office) - I Called and inquired over the course of 2 days and finally had to go to their office to collect my refund. - Fun Fact: The issuer of the check Hand-wrote on the back of the check something to the effect of "By signing and cashing this check, I agree the issue is resolved and no bad reviews would be posted online." Not a company I can recommend nor will I ever call on again. COLORADO SEWER SERVICE INC saved the day !!!!! (in about an hour)

If I could give them a 0 I would. It had been a few years and I had forgotten about how bad this company is. I have a York furnace and they are one of the few contractors in the Denver area certified with York. Basically, during the course of having other work done, we discovered that the heat exchanger had a few holes in it. This presents a safety issue as combustion byproducts could make their way into the airstream. The furnaces is only about 12 years old and in otherwise good condition, so I had no intention of replacing it. The warranty on much of the furnace is either lifetime or 20 years mind you. Recognize that Plumb Pros inspected it just a few years ago and indicated that everything was good. So I sent documentation to the office staff, so that they had the model info, warranty info, along with some photos of the HX. I specifically told the office staff that I wanted a quote for replacement of the HX, which I believe to be still under warranty - it's in the manual. There was really no need for them to come out and make a site trip, as they had all the info. But they insisted that they had to send out techs to take a look. So I reluctantly agreed. So they came out the next day and once again, they showed their true colors. They started trying to blame other conditions or installation for the holes and said the HX wasn't under warranty. Lies, lies, lies. Then they began to guess what...try to upsell me again into what would probably be a $10 to $15k new furnace. I asked them directly if they would quote installation of a new HX. They refused. Another bait and switch. At which time I stopped the discussion and asked them to leave. It's really astonishing and shameful how unethical these guys are. Not listening. Just continually shoveling crap and sell people expensive solutions they don't need. I feel bad for any customers out there that have been scammed by them. I will never call them again. Do yourself a favor and do not contact this contractor.

We bought our home in June of 2019 and Plumb Pro's were the ones to install the entire sewer system and sump pump before our move in. We were given the paperwork on the warranty at the signing of our house. On 1/24/2020 our basement toilet was holding water, tried the plunger and nothing. Realized that the sump pump wasn't working. Called Plumb Pro's around 7pm that evening. They had a tech at our home 9am 1/25/2020 after inspecting everything the tech informed us that it would be a $476 charge for the pump to be cleared out. We were confused since we had a warranty on the entire system. We called the manager Phil and explained our situation and confusion. He explained to us that the pump was under warranty for 6 years but it did not cover labor. Only the sewer lines were covered for parts and labor. Phil was very understanding of the unexpected charges and was willing to give us a good discount for the cleaning of the pump and other things that needed to be done. I'm not someone who expects something for free but I wasn't ready for the charges after replacing our hot water heater the previous weekend. Our tech JD was extremely nice and understanding of our situation. He cleaned up after he finished his work you couldn't even tell he was here. Overall the service was great even with the unexpected charges. I'm happy that JD, Phil and Plumb Pro's were able to work with us to offset some of the unexpected cost and I truly appreciate it. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs it.

Horrible service and over priced. Had them come to fix clogged dishwasher- $1,000 later still clogged. They did electrical work put in new pipes and an air gap all stating it was either necessary or to bring up to code. I called them back saying it wasn't working they blamed the disposal. To come take a look they charged us another service fee $50. We were told another $1,000 to fix of course more electrical and disposal. When we let them know this was a crazy amount they said the electrical wasn't necessary and they would cut us a deal to $500. They left and we were able to fix the "broken cannot be recovered" disposal. Literally took a wrench to the bottom of the disposal cranked it back and forth and viola. Once we got looking more the work done wasn't worth the money the new pipe was already leaking. The air gap isn't necessary (we should have known we didn't have one before and it worked) and they didn't put the appropriate cover over the splice (if code is in question) they should have. There is the new pipe just in our cabinet not even tack it along the back just cutting right through so we can't use. I don't see where this is $1,000 work. We have made another call in to report all these findings and pictures we have I am told owner/manager will be looking into this. We will see what happens and if it is fixed I will update this review. But as of now we have nothing fixed 4 visits $1050 in the hole and still a clogged dishwasher.

I had a leaking outdoor faucet - Sept. of '24. It was leaking from the metal handle area. Wanted to get it repaired and called Plumb Pros. Jim comes out and I show him the issue. Now at this point I had already ordered a Woodford faucet repair kit, so I knew approximately the repair should be under $100 using the kit I had purchased. I was stunned when he quoted me four outrageous bids - one for $1639, one for $1489, one for $965 and one for $1125. He wanted to cut through our drywall in the basement ceiling to access the faucet line, etc. He got a little pushy when he saw our reaction and said "now what can I do to get you to agree to one of these options". We showed him the door immediately. Several months later another company - a reliable company - came out to fix out water pressure regulator. Just before they left I asked them if he could look at the leaking outdoor faucet. He gladly did and said, "oh, that should take me a second - I just need to tighten the packing nut behind the wheel handle". It was tightened in 10 seconds and the drip stopped. And he refused to charge me. These guys are scammers - at least Jim is. Wouldn't hire them for ANYTHING - unethical. Would rate them a 0 if I could.

had a very bad experience with this company today. The technician showed up an hour after the dispatcher said he would be here. when he saw what we need to do (fix a silly little dripping faucet) he said it would cost $302 to fix it! we then said we had a coupon for $35 off and he stated, ok but he was adding a service fee. We asked him how much it would cost to tighten our kitchen faucet. He said $150!!!!! we looked at him like he was crazy. he asked how much we would pay and we said no more then $75... he said he would think about it. obviously we were not going to deal with that... we can life with a loose faucet. He leaves is binder on the kitchen counter and I look at it and there is a price sheet of how much things should cost. the first line is talking about dripping faucets and it says it should cost $125. i asked him about this and he made up some lame excuse why it was not that one.. but the $302 one. at the end of the day, the guy changed only the cold water so it would not drip anymore and if that one starts leaking then they will come back and fix it.. but if the hot water starts leaking then we have to pay again. what?!?!?!?! do not use them!!! all for a drippy faucet!

I appreciated Plumbpros being open on a Saturday. Jason, Plumbpros technician arrived that same morning a d took a complete description of what had happen with my furnace. He discussed with me possible reasons for the furnace failiing to heat but still run the fan. After performing several tests he determined the furnace needed to be replaced. I was delighted to hear that Plumpros stocked Carrier brand furnaces and also had a senior discount to help with the cost. On Monday, Jason and Ezra arrived to install my new furnace . I was impressed by their effort to insure my rugs were protected from any damage or dirt when moving the furnaces up and down the stairs to the basement. Both Plumbpros technicians were very professional and easy to talk to, answering any questions I had. I was amazed watching how technical installing a new furnace is. After my experience with Plumbpros and their staff, I will certainly use them for future projects. Kim Marcom Parker CO

Rude and overpriced!! Called yesterday to get estimate for kitchen sink plumbing hook-up and new faucet install. A guy named Terry showed up and decided that $700 would be about right. Then he asked for $35 for the estimate, which was not mentioned when the appointment was made. He called his office. Then while he was still on the phone, he started being rude with my daughter, who was the only one at home. He raised his voice asking her if she thought this would be free and threatened to put a lien on the house! Seriously?? I called the office, and the gal said that the trip charge was $29, not $35, and that since the fee wasn't mentioned, not to worry about it. Good call.So I don't care if this company has good ratings otherwise, they are over-priced by a huge margin ( I found someone today who will do the job for $250), and they hire plumbers who are rude as hell. I will never call again, and make sure that everyone I know passes them by as well.

I highly recommend Plumb Pros for your plumbing work. TL;DR: Fonz and team installed a Rinnai tankless water heater with expertise. Solid install and very professional interactions. The longer story is that I had an 18-year old failing tankless water heater that needed repaired or replaced. I called a recommended plumbing company to address the issue and the plumber made the entire experience feel transactional. He didn't ask questions to understand my issue and simply did not convey any sense of wanting to help. I called Plumb Pros on the next day. Fonz came out, assessed the situation and gave me options - something we all want - including a well-priced replacement solution. He and team came out soon after to do a complete replacement. Nothing was left incomplete and no shortcuts were taken. I believe in writing solid reviews for companies and people who deserve them. Plumb Pros earned not only business, but also my trust.

Extremely overpriced for what you get. I had asked for help replacing a faucet and drain in the bathroom. We used them when we first bought our house and needed to repair plumbing, we were very satisfied with the service then-- so I was shocked how bad they were this time. They looked at the sink, went to their van for a few minutes and came back with a quote for $950. I told them that was way to much. He immediately said he would do it for 750. I was surprised how quickly he knocked off $300! I still felt that was a little high and said I would go for 650 and he refused. They still charged me a $45 fee for showing up. After I declined, they stood by their van in my drive way for about an hour smoking and joking before leaving to another call I assume. I called a handy man who replaced the drain at cost. $45 in aluminum piping and installed the sink for $85. I would recommend skipping service from this company.
