Late on a Friday afternoon, right before prom night, I desperately needed a broken pipe repaired on my house. My own attempts at fixing it had failed miserably. I called around everywhere, but no one could get anyone out to me in time. Luckily, I stumbled across Plumb Pro+. They worked incredibly hard to shuffle schedules around and get a technician out to my house. Jordan arrived quickly and was super friendly. He didn't mock my poor attempt at a DIY repair, and he even brought my own tools back out from under the house for me! They treated me and my family great, and I have absolutely no problem recommending them. Outstanding service!
All I can say is Plumb Pro is awesome!! Their employees that replaced my hot water heater on the weekend were on time, polite, and professional. The quality of work was excellent and clean. Charles and I’m sorry I do not remember his partners name will be requested next time I need their help. I also had Charles replace the 60 year old faucets in my master bathroom tube with a new single handle unit. Once again an awesome experience. Had a water leak at the water meter, it was late and couldn't find a technician, I called Plumb Pro+ and they sent over Kevin, who quickly assessed the problem and fixed the leak. Will highly recommend them to my family and friends.
We had to repipe our house recently and the crew that did the work was great, I will say the finish up was sloppy. I had to request spots to be recaulked or caulked at all. And there were multiple boards not put back on the wall. With a toddler that's pretty dangerous. Overall the job got done, but could have been finished better .
Kevin was most friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He left no mess to clean up and went out of his way to make me feel better about my issue and to quiet my anxiety. He seems to enjoy his job and takes pride in his work. I definitely would recommend you guys to anyone who needs any kind of plumbing issue
