However, he ran every test possible and stayed until we figured out exactly what was wrong. Called them up again, since I knew they were a honest company. I did not need them for the service, since I was able to fix the issue myself. However, if I do end up needing any future fixes, I will definitely call them first, as they are able to get someone out quickly and very upfront about everything. It’s hard to come by good workers and a honest company. Not to mention, their customer service when calling is always friendly!
