Plumb it Heat it Cool it: Plumbing, Drains, Heating & Cooling

Just had my kitchen sink reattached by Dave and Quinn, another excellent job. My sink was a disaster waiting to happen and they worked miracles. I also want to add a review for the faucet installation by Dave, again he explained everything had an issue with faucet I purchased from Home Depot, had to be returned, he came back later that day rather than saying we would have to reschedule. Also super friendly and efficient am happy with the whole team. Bonus, my evil cat, Gerry Garcia loved them. I was not sure what my issues were, chose this company because they are local and the appeal of their website, also one company that does everything. They scheduled me right away and were on time. Andrew and Quinn and later Dave for a different issue. Explained/showed me everything, answered all of my questions. Work was performed in a timely manner and I have joined their membership which with the older houses in Norristown will be beneficial. I am very happy with work performed and recommend highly. Thanks Plumb it Heat it Cool it and Dave, Quinn & Andrew!! So, another great job by Dave and Quinn, for a fix on my water pressure, will continue to use them for my upcoming plumbing needs which will be many I’m sure. Super friendly guys, timely and efficient and as I mentioned before and evil Gerry Garcia still a fan.

UPDATE! They finished the first phase of repairs which means I can get my appliances delivered soon. I'm incredibly grateful for their help, but also for their thoughtfulness. They moved the laundry taps up to make them more accessible, installed valves that are easy to use, and even put caps on to prevent accidents until my washer can be hooked up. The mess that was under the kitchen sink has been tamed and the sink itself is no longer hella clogged. It's a huge relief knowing that at least one thing was done right and should last a very long time. On to the next thing the former owners neglected for far too long! Hint: the before pictures are the ones where there's more corrosion than metal. ===Original Review=== I bought a new condo and had them do a plumbing inspection before I moved in. Bad news: The former owners did nothing to maintain it, the plumbing is a disaster, and the home inspector missed it. Good news: Rob checked everything thoroughly, gave me a detailed explanation of what was wrong, prioritized the most important fixes, gave me quotes on each phase that would need to be done, and discussed financing since he knew I just gave all my money to the bank. It was frightening and disheartening to hear about all the problems, but by the time he left, I felt so much better because I have a plan and a way to afford it. I can't thank you enough and look forward to updating this review with the after pictures!

I don’t usually write reviews, but their professionalism really stood out. Despite a weather-related delay, they were thorough, honest, and took the time to diagnose a leak and explain all options rather than pushing a replacement for my old aged furnace. Fair pricing and great service—highly recommend. You’ve won over a new customer.

Update:21Jul2025 Andrew came out to take a look at my hvac and did a great job. Very respectful of my house and the property outside. Very nice person. Would use again. 1st time. I am handy but know my limitations. I put on 2 shutoff valves myself to try and fix the shower. Went to remove the shower seats and they were rotten. So it was a long time trying to find the right thing and everything had horrible reviews online. With my wife due in less than a week, i was out of time to take on the project. Made the call. Rob came out next day and completed work 2 days later. Had the three way system converted into one shower handle. The three holes from it got covered by the eschution plate and theres no leaks. Had the drain looked at too. Rob said it looked shot so I had him replace that too. Thankfully he did. It has a few pin holes in it that we're going to end up being a larger problem. I installed a new vanity in the bathroom and used crappy plumbing accordion tubes. Those aren't to code. So Rob hooked up a new drain that is to code. Exceeded my expectations. Pricing was extremely reasonable from what I have researched. Quality work and was done in a day. All before the baby was here. I will be using them again.

Andrew serviced my furnace after discovering a leak, fixed the issue promptly, flushed all the lines, and thoroughly cleaned out the furnace. The technicians were friendly, professional, and worked quickly without cutting corners. Everything was explained clearly, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them and will absolutely use them again in the future.
