Plumb it Heat it Cool it

Technicians Andrew & Quinn were dispatched immediately to repair my heater during this frigid Winter. I was super appreciative that Plumb It Heat It Cool It fit me into their schedule last minute. Andrew and Quinn did an excellent job and were patient with answering all my questions. They were both meticulous with the tune up and installation of the malfunctioning unit. I appreciate them not rushing and slapping parts in sloppily. I also appreciate how they cleaned up after the job was completed. I greatly appreciate how fast they accommodated us so that my family and I did not have to endure a cold night again. Thank you!

I just had my follow up visit to finish work on my heater and am very happy with Plumb it Heat it Cool it, this time with Bob & Quinn. Great work and very efficient friendly team. Again, everything was explained to my satisfaction. I joined the membership they offer and believe it will be well worth it. Bonus, my evil cat Gerry Garcia loved them! Andrew and Quinn were awesome. They were on time, performed all that needed to be done, my heater, kitchen faucet, explained everything. Very efficient and friendly. I highly recommend, plus they are pet owners, always a plus with me! I will recommend to my neighbors. I also had Dave in for a faucet replacement and he was the best, had an issue with the faucet that I bought from Home Depot and he said take it back and I will come back later and install which was great, didn’t have to wait for a reschedule time. Made me very happy. I had used them a few years ago and glad that I thought to use them again. Another great job by Dave and Quinn and Gerry Garcia appreciated their visit. So happy to have hot water again, living in Norristown need to put these guys on speed dial!

Andrew did an incredibly thorough job with the furnace inspection. He explained in terms that I, a new homeowner, could understand about what tests he was doing, what he saw in his evaluation, and what was most urgent to fix. Andrew also was very personable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy.

Dave and Quinn were called out to take care of A leaking laundry room Utility faucet. Promptly assessed the repair, explained what would be required to repair and the cost. Asked them to take a look at the adjoining spider web of piping running to the kitchen above and laundry machine hook ups. Suggested that the issues with the supply and valves, as well as old failing plumbing could be done now or a later date. The quotes for both options were offered and considered to be reasonable. Decided to complete the whole conversion during one visit. The job was completed without issue, left the work area clean and explained the completed work Replaced complete utility sink, new washer hookups. Excellent work.

New hvac system - furnace and ac completed in October. Installation and follow up was great. Toilet repair today done professionally and quickly. Great job.
