Dave, You are my Hero! Folks, replacing my sink, or anything, always has a story. This one has a happy ending. Ordered a new sink through Amazon. Love the sink, but it is set up for European plumbing. I'm not sure how I missed that in the description. US parts do not like the parts from Europe. Dave not only put his heart and soul into, it turned out to be just what I wanted. This was my first encounter using Plumb It, Heat It, Cool It. I am very impressed with the service, the knowledge, and the end result! If you need someone, definitely give them a try. You will not be disappointed, especially if Dave is the one who comes. I had a great experience with Plumb it Heat it Cool it. David G came out and did a great job! He explained the work and pricing. He wore protective booties over his shoes and protected my floors with a covering. David completed every task that needed to be done in one visit, I'm so happy for that. I feel more at ease knowing my water heater has been taken care of with the attention to details David has provided.

Our sink started to leak. We noticed that the pipes were rusty and leaking. We called them to repair it and at the same install a new food processor. They noticed even more issues and fixed them all in less than an hour. After the initial check, Rob also mentioned that our water heater psi was almost double the recommended psi. He suggested we changed it and with it fix the water pipes connecting to it since he could shut down the entire house. The valve connecting the pipe could barely turn so it made sense. We decided to get that updated and it was a breeze. Quick 1 man army.

Rob was terrific! He fixed a leaky valve to our refrigerator and replaced a broken outdoor spigot. He walked me through all of the options and provided me quotes for each. He gave me all the information needed to make an informed decision. Rob and the entire team at Plumb it Heat it Cool it are professional and provide incredible service!
