Called Plumb Doctor at 8pm on a weeknight. It was a small issue that he told me how to fix over the phone for no charge! Of course, this won't be possible for all issues. But he really came through in the clutch and didn't charge me for a visit that wasn't necessary. 👍👍 from me.

These guys replaced my hot water heater and have done other work for me over the years. I've been pleased w quality and price. I called in August 2025 about replacing 2 exterior faucets and my kitchen faucet - $1,700 was the quote. I got a master plumber to do it for $440, and I had another quote for $675. Yes, I price work out, but I don't believe going w the cheapest price is always the best choice. I'm not saying don't use them, but if you care about your money, I'd get a quote or two.

I'm extremely happy with the work Plumb Doc did for us. I worked specifically with Brian, and he's truly a salt-of-the-earth kind of guy. I genuinely enjoyed and appreciated his support throughout the entire process. I originally contacted another company with higher online ratings, but they couldn't get anyone out the same day. I decided to give Plumb Doc a shot despite their slightly lower rating--and I'm really glad I did. The service I received was absolutely 5-star level. Brian came out quickly and accurately diagnosed the issue: a pin-sized hole in one of the PVC pipes underground in our front yard that feeds the house. We had noticed water running down the driveway and weren't sure if it was just runoff from recent rain or a broken pipe, especially since temperatures had been below freezing. Brian confirmed it was a leak by shutting off the water to the house and checking the meter--we were still using water. From there, Brian walked me through multiple options, ranging from a full pipe replacement to a targeted repair. I was dealing with family health issues at the time and needed the fastest, least disruptive solution so I could focus on being at the hospital. Brian really stepped up. He suggested bringing in a leak-detection specialist using sonar equipment to pinpoint the exact location. It added a few hundred dollars upfront but would save time, money, and yard damage in the long run. We went with that option, and it worked exactly as promised. That evening, a gas technician came out to mark the gas lines, the leak-detection team arrived the next morning, and Brian dug a very small area and replaced the damaged pipe on day two. He even worked past dark to finish the job. Plumb Doc handled everything--all scheduling, coordination, and follow-through. Brian personally made sure every vendor piece was handled correctly. A few days later, after the clay had settled, Brian came back to fill in the hole--even though we had already paid. He even offered to buy a bag of mulch to cover the area, which we declined since we planned to re-mulch anyway. The leak is fully fixed, no more water loss, and the price was completely reasonable. Throughout the process, Brian kept me informed via text, sent photos, and made sure I always knew what was happening. Beyond the technical skill, he's just a genuinely good guy--someone you'd grab a beer with. Too often, you talk to a company owner and then get sent a low-quality crew. That did not happen here. I couldn't be happier with the service and would absolutely recommend Plumb Doc to friends and family. A lot of people give 5 stars for just expected service, so I want to make it clear that this job exceeded my expectations and truly earned their 5 stars.

We had a sewer line collapse at our home last week. It was an absolutely disgusting mess and I called the first plumber I saw online. I had an awful experience with that company ( not plumb doctor ). First they charged me $400 just to diagnose the problem and then they wanted another $13,000 to fix it. Luckily I decided to get a few more quotes. In total I had five different companies look at our collapsed line. Quotes ranged from $5,000 to $19,000 to fix. Ultimately I chose plumb doctor because the plumber, Jacob, was incredibly kind and took the time to explain everything to us. They were also one of the only companies that didn't try to upsell us on a million other fixes. While they weren't the absolute cheapest quote we got, they were pretty close. We did run into a complication when they came to fix the sewer line. Plumb doctor was supposed to fix the problem the next day, but had mechanical issues with their excavator. We ended up having to wait another 3 days. While I was frustrated with the delay, the company went out of their way to make it right and keep us posted with the progress and scheduling. The owner even came to our house to apologize and talk us through what they could do in the meantime. He also gave us a significant discount for the delay. In the end, the job got done. The people were all nice and they did a great job. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy in the end. The owner even came back days later to clean our sidewalk, porch, and outdoor rugs of all the mud. Working with plumb doctor was like working with a small town business that really prides themselves in having a good name for delivering great service. We will use them again in the future and recommend them to everyone looking for a fair price and quality work.

Stop searching for a plumber - you’ve found it. Plumb Doctor. They are my go-to for all plumbing needs and this past Friday was no different. I noticed the water was out at 8pm on a Friday. I called the number (they are 24hrs) and the owner himself answered! No one was available until Saturday morning, but then the most amazing thing happened. He started to talk me through troubleshooting. And let me tell you - I am not a handy person. He walked me through a few steps, asking me to send him pictures along the way. Within 10 mins, he was able to tell that the water had been turned off at the street! He walked me through how to turn it back on. He had me all fixed up after only 10 mins on the phone. I cannot say enough about how he went above and beyond. He could have blown me off on a Friday night, but he didn’t. Thank you so much!!

David and Jake were outstanding! We have used the Plumb Doctor for 14 years now for various issues in our previous house as well as our current home. Over the years they have replaced four toilets in our house, fixed a broken toilet, and today came out to replace a faucet in our half bath. And because they were so thorough in checking water pressure and other things they found that our pressure regulator needed to be replaced as well as our water heater that we’ve had for 17 years and was on its way out. David did an excellent job at explaining everything that needed to be done. Both David and Jake were excellent, super friendly and answered all of my questions. They even put up with my yappy Yorkie! Brandon the owner is also outstanding. Anytime we’ve called him he has guys to come out that day. Hands down excellent service!

I had an excellent experience with Plumb Doctor, thanks to Matthew! Not only is he a highly knowledgeable technician, but he is also an honest and genuinely good person. He was incredibly kind and patient, taking the time to explain the necessary repairs on several major items in my new home. I even asked if I could shadow him to learn more, and he graciously took on a ‘dad’ role, walking me through everything step by step. Scheduling the work after receiving the estimate was quick and easy, and Matthew arrived on time, working efficiently to complete the job. While my mother was hospitalized, we had to address a leak under her foundation. Though we did not end up using PlumbDoctor doctor (had a “Family friend” do the work instead), I cannot say enough good things about Fletcher, who came out to provide an estimate for the project. He was incredibly timely, kind, and offered a very fair price. Further to that, he understood how important the job was for the return of my mother to her home the next day, so he was able to move things around just to get the job done on a Saturday morning. I feel terrible for not hiring Fletcher (Plumb Doctor), but would highly recommend them to anyone! I will also be using them for any future projects/Problems in my own home thanks to this experience!

My elderly neighbor had a problem with her kitchen sink. On first visit there was an issue and they sent Fletcher to solve the problem and I was there when he was working on it. I was very impressed with Fletcher! He was determined to fix the issue and he worked hard to deal with a difficult clog in a >50 year-old drain. He has decades of experience and I could see it in the way he approached the problem. I can do basic plumbing/electrical but I learned a lot just watching Fletcher at work. I also appreciated his attitude to try to encourage my neighbor who was stressed by the situation. In the end, the job was well done and I would call Fletcher at Plumb Doctor first next time I have a plumbing issue! Thank you!

Fletcher from Plumb Doctor took great care with my plumbing issue. Once he diagnosed the problem during an after hours appointment and explained what had to be done the next day (replacement of the backwater valve) I was able to plan accordingly for the repair. He he took time to show me the pipe and explain what he was doing and encouraged me to take photos. He also showed me where my meter is and how to turn it off if I ever need to. Definitely keeping their number in my phone and recommending to anyone in need of a GOOD plumber. Stephanie at the office was also wonderful to work with - she coordinated the late visit and called me to notify me of the plumber's ETA for each visit.

Plumb doctor was recommended to me many years ago. I have contacted them on 4 different issues and they sent someone out immediately each time and once was a Sunday afternoon after I spoke with Brandon the owner directly. Each time they were able to fix the problem and only charged me a service call. Today I had a severe leak and because of their previous honesty and excellent customer service (including the administrative staff that assisted me on the phone and the on site plumbers) I contacted them again. They were able to send Fletcher over, who has helped me before, and it took more extensive work to fix but he did a fantastic job once again. I highly recommend Plumb Doctor!

Replaced tankless system in home. Brain and Jake were phenomenal!! Friendly, answered/addressed all my concerns and questions I was having extensive trouble with previous unit. Did my research with other larger companies for a replacement services and other reviews did not measure up. Brian provided an estimate and stayed true. Reviewed product choices for my home. They were very timely, cleaned up and removed all debris. Questions addressed during install. Checked all faucets in home and overall was left reassured and feeling confident. Brian and Jake incredible and very professional team!! Stephanie in the office has also been extremely helpful! Highly recommended! 5 stars!!

I can’t say enough good things about this company. I have used their service three times and each time I would give them a five star review. They do excellent work at a reasonable rate. On one visit I had a clogged pipe and needed emergency service. They came on Father’s Day, even though the time was inconvenient and did top quality work. I recently had them at my home for a problem I thought was related to plumbing, and they helped me think through the problem and identify what the real problem was. If you are looking for an ethical, reliable, and knowledgeable, plumbing company, do not hesitate to call these people. I am so grateful to have found them.
