Jesse was very tenacious in Solving the problem. I really appreciated his attitude in dealing with my plumbing issues.

I can no longer recommend Plumb Crazy to my family and friends. After years of using them and referrals, I am going to have to find another plumber. We had a clog in our main line. We had them out and the tech lied to us. He ran his snake in the line, told me he didn't hit anything but he got some resistance at the end ("it wasn't the clog though"), and then he checked the city sewer main and it was bone dry so it had to be something on the cities side. Which made ZERO sense to me because if the city manhole is dry, there's no water coming from my house and if there was a clog in the city line, the manhole would be full of water. So he told me to call the city and have them come fix it and if it was on our side, he was going to prepare an estimate for some additional work and charges. He made me pay him before he left on the initial visit. The city came out within 30 minutes and of course the clog is on our side, some roots and toilet paper were clogging the line. I feel like they just did this so they could charge us with some camera line service and he didn't even run his snake to the end of the line. I will not use or recommend Plumb Crazy again.

Office staff very unfriendly!! Not helpful at all!!

We had an emergency where the shower drain started bubbling up water at 2:30 am. Someone flushed the toilet a floor above and the toilet wouldn't stop flushing. It drained fine, but the shower on the floor below began to overflow. I turned off the water to the toilet above and the overflow in shower stopped and began to recede. But we did not want a repeat. We called Plumb Crazy at 8:30 am and and they said that they could get someone there before 10:00 am. They did. Bruce arrived at about 9:30 and assessed the situation rapidly but carefully. He diagnosed the problem as a leak in the waste drain system, requiring a pipe snake. He had to search for the cleanout, because it was an old building and had been diverted past the swimming pool, where there was a vertical cleanout in the form of a vertical "T" from the line. He managed to wrestle the snake into the drain and under/into the house until he cleaned out the pipel He tested everything to make sure that the solution was correct, cleaned up and gave us the bill. It was entirely reasonable. In fact, given the special effort necessary, I thought it was better than fair. I recommend Bruce from Plumb Crazy without any reservation, in fact, with enthusiasm. He did a GREAT job at a FAIR price. Outstanding.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC The late January winter storm Fern wreaked havoc on plumbing in and around Oklahoma. Even while leaving our hot and cold water faucets dribble to prevent freezing, we ended up with a cracked hot water pipe underneath the house. I called Plumb Crazy Plumbing, figuring I wouldn’t get a tech out for days in this weather and with so many others dealing with broken pipes. Instead, Plumb Crazy had a technician at our house within the hour. My tech, Kevin arrived with his assistant and they checked out the damage, gave me a quote, and had the problem fixed in less than an hour. They were extremely friendly, polite, professional and well-trained. The price was great. The service was prompt and efficient. The warranty was very reasonable and totally unexpected. And the follow-up from Plumb Crazy was above and beyond what I’ve had from other plumbers. I highly recommend Plumb Crazy Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Plumb Crazy Plumbing did a fantastic job helping me with a water service line leak at my home. Jacob was professional, friendly, honest, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on and what my repair options were. He never made me feel pressured and was very straightforward about the work that needed to be done. What really stood out to me was how quickly they responded, how clearly Jacob communicated, and how fairly they treated me on pricing. The repair was handled efficiently, and I appreciated that he explained things in a way I could actually understand. Happy with service from this company. Able to schedule estimate online and got a confirmation of appt within the hour. Day of appointment, I received a text 30 minutes prior to arrive and arrived within the requested time frame. Jesse did a great job of explaining the process, giving me the quote and told me it was good for 30 days. After speaking to my daughter, we decided to rescheduled for actual appointment. Again online and quick response from company to confirm. The same tech Jesse came out and quickly completed the job within the hour. Fair pricing, within what I was expecting for pay for the job. (Single Bibb Replacement- should cost anywhere from $300-400; paid $375 for service). Overall, very pleased with service and will call again for any future plumbing needs.

Amazing speedy service! Requested an appointment for tomorrow for an outdoor clear out. Within minutes i had a call from the office saying they had an earlier availability. The tech Jacob was here, in and out within one hour of me requesting my appointment! All while being upfront about pricing, explaining the process, immensely professional, and mindful of our gate for our dogs! Thanks Jacob and Plumb Crazy. As someone who dreads and puts off these kinds of to dos i know i can trust this company to help me cross it off the list.

He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and completed the work without any unnecessary delays. Everything was explained clearly, and the quality of his work was excellent. It’s clear he takes pride in what he does. I really appreciated how smooth and stress-free the whole process was. I had already spent a couple of days with another company, and it became obvious that they didn't really know what they were doing. I called Plumb Crazy, and the service call was a little more than 30 minutes doing what the other company had spent a couple of visits, and 3 - 4 hours on. It was great knowing that I had found someone with experience, and he knew what he was doing. I'll definitely call them for the next plumbing requirement that I have. By the way, they run their office very efficiently as well.

I had a pipe burst under my house when temperatures dropped below zero, and Plumb Crazy was amazing. They sent a plumber within two hours, and he was wonderful, efficient, thorough, and clearly knew what he was doing. There was no dragging out the job or padding the bill, which I truly appreciated. Great service, honest pricing, and fast response. I will 100% use them again and recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.

Had a leak in my closet...they came out same day within an hour...they quoted me like $435 however after fixing leak they requoted me $385 because they said they did not need to do as much as they originally thought. They could have charged me the $435 and I would have been none the wiser...just goes to show their integrity and honesty! Definity would recommend.

They are always punctual and very competent. Jacob was my technician this time, and he took the time to explain what he was doing, and why. Thankfully the issue wasn't too intense, so Jacob was able to resolve it very quickly. TL:DR 10/10 Service, and I will *ABSOLUTELY* use them again(no offense to Jacob, but I hope it's a good long while before that)
