“Had toilet leak and $267 later, the toilet was removed and a new riser was put in. Drain was capped. Floor had to be replaced. All this was fine. I was told it would be $25 / quarter hour to put the toilet back on. Called today and they forgot all about it. Had to be another $180 for first hour, starting over again. Bottom line: I was lied to and they won't own up to it. Will never use them again.”
