The owner Jack Reed has been helping us for 10+ years with some tough issues with plumbing, leaks, and most recently a water heater install. I am leaving this review for several reasons. I knew I could trust Jack and his team when we had a plumber come that wanted to tear out our existing bathroom tile to replace a part in the shower handle and I thought that can't be that difficult and way too much work? I asked Jack to come and look for a second opinion and of course he was able to replace one part without tearing into the wall. So we gained much respect for him and his team that day. Since then they have always showed up when we needed them and even when I have been in panic mode they have assured me it will get done. They only do the work that is needed and never talk you into doing anything that is not. We appreciate Jack, the owner, Jack and Luke his sons for being so kind and patient with us. If you want a plumbing team you can trust start here first!

I can't say enough about my experience using Planet Plumbing. They were quick to schedule an appointment and their price beat everyone else I called for an estimate. Jack Reed who came out to do the installs was awesome, polite, quick and knew his stuff. As a local Realtor, I'll definitely be using them again and referring them in the future.
