Jose and Dale, both provided EXCELLENT service! We had an issue with our tankless water heater in the attic of our home. They came out and were able to get the issue resolved and got our hot water back! No more cold showers! Lol! Will definitely contact them with future plumbing needs!
I had a great experience with this Planet Houston Company. They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and got the job done the right way. The plumber Dale was professional, respectful of my home, and made sure I understood what needed to be fixed before starting. The work was done quickly and the quality was solid. Definitely a company I would call again and recommend to others.

We used Planet Houston Plumbing to replace a hot water heater that had gone bad. They responded promptly and after assessing the situation, informed us that the old water heater still had a warranty and we were eligible for a replacement at a reduced price. Planet Houston Plumbing handled everything and even replaced insulation on a second water heater that was still in good working condition. Dale provided excellent service with great communication and reasonable pricing. I would not hesitate to recommend his company to anyone needing plumbing services.
