He's going to make sure you're happy with everything before he leaves and that includes any mess that was made during your project. Btw, my gas stove is going strong and so much more efficient than my electric setup I had previously!

Tankless hot water heater. Over the last year and half I have called the original plumber, and several others to fix my tankless system as it had stopped working properly - it would only make hot water when multi outlets were activated. None could seem to fix the problem and the 3 other guys gave it an honest effort. I called the 4th plumber and he told me to call Pither, as they were great when it comes to tankless systems The guys who came out took about hour and BOOM the problem was discovered. A second visit to replace a part and hot water easy . I am not saying these guys walk on water but I bet they can make sure your plumbing doesn't require you to try. Call them and when you do mention this review and get a .0001 % discount!!!

The plumbers were prompt, professional, and trustworthy. I had a long list of plumbing problems. I called Pither Plumbing. Even though I told them it was NOT an emergency, I received an appointment for the next morning. They called that morning, and came over promptly. I put our dogs in the backyard. They fixed and reset a toilet. They fixed an under sink leak, and installed our garbage disposer. They fixed a couple of problems (with our permission) that were not on the list. They looked at, and we discussed, some slow facet leaks. They would have made more money by fixing the slow facet leaks that day. They however, recommended the best type of facets to get for a long term solution. I highly recommend Edgar and Pither Plumbing.

Very unprofessional. Their website says they serve Mount Pleasant, but after making me wait all day with no updates, they suddenly tried to charge $450 just to show up because they’re based in Longview. That’s not honest or transparent. I didn’t move forward with them and suggest others double‑check pricing before scheduling

Ron with Pither was extremely helpful! I had a small water leak in my toilet which the city actually notified me that I was having higher than normal water usage. They came out the same day and got it fixed and quickly! Very reasonable on price too! Highly recommend for your plumbing needs!
