Jeremy & Travis knocked on my door by mistake & I called the office to see if they get to me after their appointment . Kelly helped me out & I was able to get the hot water fixed in my shower. Very polite & helpful crew clean & efficient as well Very pleased with my experience with Pirates Plumbing

I contacted Pirates plumbing and Margaret took my call. She was very friendly and new exactly my situation with my refrigerator water valve needing repair. We discussed several other items needed to be addressed and to my surprise someone was available to take care of all my items needing repaired that same say! Items ranged from: pressure valve on water heater, spring in bathroom sink stopper, leaking washing machine nozzle, setting water softener correctly, checking all plumbing throughout the house, able to troubleshoot and fix everything in a timely manner. Also, advised on home filtration system and functionality. Jeremy was a very knowledgeable person and was able to explain everything in layman's terms. Jeremy knows his stuff, is skilled in fixing a range of plumbing issues and has a friendly attitude. Thank you Jeremy! Thanks Pirates Plumbers!

Bobby and Phil did an excellent job with the plumbing repairs at our home. Bobby was very pleasant to talk to. He took the time to explain in detail the required work and there were no surprises. Bobby and Phil were cleaned up after themselves and left the areas in better condition than when they arrived. Excellent service!

VERY EXPENSE 15 min repair. I thought the repair was more involved,but literally took 15 min and $400 bill to fix a leaky facet. Please get multiple estimates and ask more questions. I wanted to support local Palm Harbor business,but I feel taken advantage of and do not recommend them

Beware of this company. I made an appointment at a commercial location. They gave me a timeframe of 8am to 12pm. I went to the site at 8am and called them at 11:30am when they still had not arrived. They said that they would be there an hour later. Then, they called back and said they could not make it and would need to be reschedule for another day. They were unprofessional and wasted my time. I told them I would move forward with another company.

Dealing with Pirates Plumbing is always a great experience. They installed a new water softener system for us in February and that went extremely well. I called yesterday and spoke to Margaret because I had questions about resetting the digital head. She worked with the team and about 40 minutes later Jeremy showed up and walked me through the process and answered a number of questions. We definitely pushed the easy button when we asked Pirates Plumbing to do the work. I see that for them we are not a job but an addition to their family of customers. I highly recommend them. Update: May 28, 2026 Pirates Plumbing did another outstanding job fixing a leaking exterior faucet. Jeremy was our technician today and his professionalism is over the top. The office send a text that he was on the way to our house. Jeremy followed up with a phone call to let me know when he expected to arrive. He replaced the faulty part and answered questions about some of the earlier work completed by Pirates Plumbing. Jeremy and Pirates Plumbing is the total service folks. We truly appreciate them and highly recommend them if you have any plumbing needs.

Jim came out to see what was needed to be done on getting a water line connection for our new refrigerator, he was really helpful and explained what would be the best way . They are coming back in a week to do the work. We are glad we called Privates Pluming 4/1/2025 Jim and Bobby came to add a new water line for our new refrigerator and shutoffs in the spare bathroom. They let us know they were on the way, the job was done very professional and cleaned up each time while working, they did a great job and, we need to get a new facet for the bathroom and they said once we had the one we wanted to call and they would be out to put it on. We definitely would recommend this company if you need a great company 😊 April 7th, What a great company. We had to oder another faucet and we called Pirate's Plumbing this morning to let them know the faucet came in. within a few minutes Bonnie got back with us and said Jim would be out today to hook it up, they are very prompt and Jim was here before 2 and we now have our new faucet hooked up, thank you all for everything. Anthony was fabulous. When he first came to identify the problem, he took the initiative to call the leak finder Pirates use, because he was here before regarding this same issue without the correct information and was unsure what the problem was. He answered all my many questions, in terms I understood and very politely. ( I had a lot of questions ) He took his time and made sure everything was precisely done. Anthony, also, willingly took the time to take pictures for Insurance purposes. He worked in a really tight space so he didn’t have to cut into my cabinet under the sink, which I was greatly appreciated. This water issue has been very stressful for me. I am thankful for Anthony for his hardwork and kindness. Another plus, my dog just adored him.

Great communication and service technician, Jeremy, was terrific, he was professional, a pleasure to witness his skill and knowledge and gave us good advice. He checked all the pipes in the bathrooms and kitchen and shared our concerns about our older hot water heater. He arranged for follow up installation of new H20 heater the following morning and showed up on time and left us in great shape. Pirates Plumbing came recommended to me by a neighbor, and I am happy to pass along that excellent recommendation. Jeremy is a keeper!!!

i have used Pirates Plumbing before and they were great, however i had an emergency on a friday night , we turned the water off and i called them first thing saturday(week-ends are terrible). they told me they couldn't get anyone out till Monday or Tuesday. when i called the office on Monday the person who answered told me very cheerfully that they don't do weekend calls their people are at home enjoying the week-end with their families

I had a wonderful experience with Pirates Plumbing service and couldn’t be more satisfied. Jim was absolutely fantastic-knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly throughout the entire process. The service was prompt, efficient! I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of reliable plumbing services. I’ll definitely be calling them again in the future and requesting Jim!

Pirates plumbing is the best. We had a complex problem that several other plumbers could not figure out. Terry came out and right away knew what the problem was. He got us in touch with Dunedin leak detection to confirm. Anthony and Jeremy came out and replaced broken pipes within a few hours. Great experience with the whole crew. Definitely recommend Pirates Plumbing.

Jason was fantastic today came right on time was a pleasure to work with an absolute pleasure. He was quick very professional and really I feel like I got a very great job and a very good price. I recommend Pirates five star all the way and everybody I’ve dealt with, and I’ve dealt with them a few times now and I have always been very very satisfied.

My tech Bobby was really good! I had my plumbing inspected for any problems and I had my water heater flushed. Because I had Pirates install a water softener system, my water heater had little to no sediment. The inspection found that one of my toilets needed to have the fill valve replaced and it was done before a problem occurred. Thanks to all!!

Had a great time experience! My kids clogged my main drain and my bathroom was flooded! Jason came over, diagnosed the issue, set up the equipment, and fixed the problem same day! He also did a great job explaining everything and what to do to help prevent that from happening again. Will definitely use again, hopefully not anytime soon though.. lol
