Pipelining Northwest

I had Pipelining Northwest come out because I was dealing with clogged water lines and they helped fix what they could. Later on I ended up having to use someone else for the well pump side of things, but overall I had a really good experience with these guys. Derrick, John, and Cody were all good people to work with. Easy to talk to, straightforward, and didn’t give me that feeling that they were trying to squeeze every dollar they could out of me or create extra problems just to make the job bigger. Unfortunately that’s pretty rare nowadays. There was an issue from the original visit that they came back out multiple times to fix and make right, and they handled it professionally every time. Nobody acted annoyed, nobody tried avoiding the situation, and nobody tried turning it into some huge extra ordeal. They just came back out and worked through the problem until it was taken care of. That honestly meant a lot to me because it showed they actually stand behind their work instead of just doing the job and disappearing afterward. I’ve dealt with companies before where the second something unexpected happens, suddenly the price keeps climbing, new “issues” magically appear, or you start feeling like you’re being worked over instead of helped. I never got that feeling here. These guys actually seemed to care more about solving the problem than trying to see how much money they could get out of me, and that’s getting harder and harder to find nowadays. There’s a reason they have 5 stars on Google. I’d definitely call them again in the future if I ever need plumbing or pipe work done and I’d feel comfortable recommending them to other people too.

Pipeling Northwest recently lined our 60 year-old sewer pipe. They were a pleasure to work with. The business is owned by Steve and Cody Harris (father and son). They are very reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy. We also dealt with their foreman, Rene, who was very knowledgeable, and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

Great quality, speed, and price, will definitely hire again for plumbing needs! They were able to fix an unforeseen slow leak I found after unhooking my washing machine in preparation for a flooring installation. Steve responded very quickly to my 4/5 AM request on their website, and I was able to make an appointment for the same day. Jon fixed the leak (which involved cutting the drywall and installing new shut off valves) and also looked at some other minor issues while he was there. He confirmed that my tub faucet didn't have a problem, and he was able to get my kitchen sink sprayer to fully work again by cleaning out some debris that got lodged in it. Everything works perfectly now, and I didn't have to delay my renovations or worry about doing a temporary fix.

The best decision I’ve made! I need to share my recent experience with Pipelining Northwest on an extensive repair I needed for my home. I had some overflowing gutter drains and received a quote from another contractor. I knew a 2nd quote was needed. I found Pipelining Northwest and they quickly came out and assessed my drain issue. The Owner, Cody Harris, provided a detailed description of the damage and what needed to be done to repair in easy to understand language. Quote for the work was 2/3 less than I was quoted by the other plumbing company. I agreed to move forward with repairs. All workers were professional, skilled, and each day left the work site safe and as clean as possible. Project Management for the work was exceptional and communication thorough. As the work progressed, based on my needs, additional areas needed repairs. Bottom line - it is reassuring to see companies out there that are fair, skilled, and really put the customer experience at their forefront. Well done Pipelining Northwest! I highly recommend and would trust working with them in the future.

Excellent service from Pipelining Northwest for a sewer relining. My old concrete sewer line was 80 years old. Twice in the last 6 years I had very expensive projects to replace segments due to massive tree roots. I decided it was time to just reline it. This was an expensive project but needed to be done. I had 3 bids. All the vendors assessed my sewer line the same. I went with Pipelining, their price was a little less. I am a single woman and I felt respected through the process and not mansplained or talked over. My questions were answered. Thank you to Austin and the team. They also did a great job on cleanup, it was like they were never here, despite having to do some digging!
