Pipe Works Inc. is definitely a professional company and has a knowledgeable staff! They pay attention to detail, repairs are made quickly and done correctly. I would highly recommend using Pete and his staff at Pipe Works! I am very grateful to them for fixing a faulty gas valve on a hot water heater by replacing the Honeywell controls. The parts were still under warranty and the safety of my family was always top priority!

Mr. Pete and Byron did an amazing job uninstalling my old water heater and putting in my new one. Mr. Pete came right away when I called and said my old water heater broke and water was all over the house after returning home from work one evening. They came back the very next morning and had everything done in less than 24 hours!! Cleanest job I’ve seen. I’m so thankful and pleased. I will always call Pipe Works for my plumbing needs.

He was supposed to come the day before around 4 p.m. but does not coming until the next day and comes at 7 a.m. in the morning. No call just pops up at my house at 7 in the morning saying "hey I'm here to fix your shower." Would not recommend since they don't have the courtesy to call you to tell you why they're running late or when there coming.

This place is a total rip-off. They charge $250 to remove backed up hair from drains, don't actually DO anything (they didn't even bring a snake, nor did I see any hair from the drain), send 2 plumbers (lol, it takes 2 plumbers to unclog a bathroom drain?), and then pretend you have the wrong place when you call to complain because the drain is backed up a week later. The owner, Pete, doesn't even say the name of the place when he answers the phone. Do not use this "business", they are total quacks just looking to rip you off. Spending 10 minutes vaping on a customer's dime so you can avoid actually unclogging a drain isn't a service. It's a rip-off and this place should be shut down.

I can’t say enough good things about Pete, Byron and Tristan. Pipe Works came highly recommended by multiple neighbors. This plumber initially fixed a toilet and left me with such a good impression that when my tankless water heater bit the dust I put in a call and someone showed up within a couple of hours. I was only out of service for less than 24 hours only because they had to locate a new unit. Call Pete for all your plumbing needs. A fine company and person.

We had Pipeworks come out and check our back flow preventer and they told us it was bad and quoted over $900 to replace it. We called Fix It Plumbing for a second opinion Jeff came out did the test on it cleaned the valve and retested it and everything was great. Pipeworks didn’t even offer this as an option. If you hire them and you feel something is off get a second opinion you might save hundreds of dollars on repairs you didn’t need.

Communication is horrible. You call and he answers with a "hello" so you have to ask to make sure it's the company. Leave a voicemail, never responses. He came out to do a quote and pulled up in a truck with several empty beer case boxes and was very short with words. Tried to hire him but nevet got a response regardless, so I cannot attest to his work, just the customer service is horrid.

Pete's brother, Rob, came out the same day that I called and did such a great job with connecting all the plumbing for our new sink. He was super thorough, even had to go get a piece from the store and came right back to finish. He gave me suggestions on how to keep the drain lines clean and was very personable. Will definitely refer them!

I cannot recommend Pipeworks. Pete never sent me an invoice for work done (a sink connection) and then left me a long voicemail saying he was going to sue me. When I pointed out I was still waiting on an invoice he finally sent one, which I paid. Very unprofessional and I regret using his company. Use another plumber if available.

I agree with Sarah Tyree. This man told me twice he would come gave an estimate. First time I took off from work to meet with him. Called again thinking he might have gotten side tracked. Wife waited all day the second time. Never heard back from him.

They show up on time, are very knowledgeable, and fairly priced. They figured out a problem that left others stumped!

they find the problem when others can not second time using them because of great service and fixing the problem

Awesome experience. Had hot water heater burst. He was right there and completed everything....on a Sunday!!
