Fred came out to repair an old Moen shower valve that didn't flow cold water anymore. We talked about what needed to be done and he gave me a firm quote for the job (which I felt was a fair price). I knew which part had to be replaced, but I could not get access to it. He was able to remove the siezed brass screw-on cover to get to the part and was able to extract it with some effort. He had to go to a local plumbing supply store to get the (not so common) part, installed it, and the shower works like new again! Fred did a great job, was respectful of the house (put shoe coverings on), and was very friendly. I was also appreciative of the firm price quote, so no surprises there! I highly recommend Pipe Pros!

We had them come out to our commercial building. They responded quickly, got someone out to do a toilet repair for us, and got it done professionally. This is our first interaction with them, and we'll be using them as our vendor for plumbing issues moving forward. Great experience!

Fred came out Friday night at 9pm from Ogden (to Sandy) to fix a broken faucet. While here he went above and beyond every step of the way: he made sure the other valve on the sink wouldn't have the same problem, he was quiet (as possible) since I told him our toddler was sleeping, and when he was done with the sink he helped me turn down the water pressure in my house so my plumbing will last longer. That's integrity, and they sincerely earned all 5 stars (check my other reviews; I'm not a 5-star only reviewer). Also, we called a dozen places and only Pipe Pros truly provided emergency plumbing. I don't know why some others call themselves "AnyTime" when what they mean is "next Tuesday". Don't waste your time with those other places, just call these guys. They know what they're doing.

Pipe Pros was fantastic to work with! They came out to snake a clogged floor drain, but what really impressed me was how thorough they were. Instead of just fixing the immediate issue and heading out, they took the time to investigate and found the actual source of the problem — a leak from another pipe that was causing the backup. They explained everything clearly, showed me what was going on, and made sure I understood the next steps. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home the entire time. 5 Star Review headed your way! I had an emergency gas valve fail during a DIY stove install. Had to shut off gas to my entire house. Pipe Pros saved the day. Trace (Technician) arrived at my home 1 hour after I called for help. I had called 2 others emergency lines and one never answered and the other one could get a technician here for 4-8 hours. It’s 26 degrees outside today and no way I could keep the gas off that long. Not only did Pipe Pros respond fast but they were super professional too. Trace came in and got everything fixed properly, safely, and is the kind of pro you want working the job. I am so grateful for them, they have earned my business fully for the future.

Miracles and kind, honest people still exist. Last week my Dad died. While we were all in the condo saying goodbye, the toilet tank started leaking and we couldn’t flush. Wondering how in the world I was going to figure this out before the coroner arrived, I opened the door and Pipe Pros were at the bottom of the stairs helping someone else in the condo complex. I told them I’d pay whatever it took so all the family could use the bathroom while visiting. They came in immediately, replaced all the insides of the tank, got it all working, and refused to take a penny. Seriously a miracle I really needed that day. Thank you. I can’t recommend them enough.

Pipe pros went above and beyond. I had a sewer line backup and He got out there quick and communicated easily and well. He showed up with booties on and a mask when that wasn't required. He kept putting them back on every time it was appropriate too. Besides doing the work that I hired him for he took a look at my water pressure and water softener and helped me out a lot with those but didn't charge for it. These are truly great people! Wish the world had even more like them! Will definitely call these guys back next time.

Super impressed with our experience from Pipe Pros! Fred and his team are absolutely amazing. They were super respectful of our house, always ensuring they had shoe covers or covers over the floor. We had a floor drain replaced and they had it done in about two hours! Of the five companies I called, they were the only ones who even wanted to look at it, and I’m so grateful they were the ones to do it. So neat and clean! Definitely would recommend and will have them back to do more work in the future.

Pipe Bros lived up to its 5 star rating. When we noticed water leaking from our main line in the utility closet I felt my stomach sink. We called multiple places (those outfits with a lot of advertising) as well as Pipe Bros (since they are local and have a 5 star Google rating). Pipe Bros took the leak as serious as we did, got to us first, and had the issue reviewed, repair estimated, and work completed before noon. We'll be calling Pipe Bros first for now on. Thank you!

Pipe Pros was easily one of the best plumbing experiences I've had. They answered the phone promptly each time I called. Scheduling was incredibly easy (you get a text message with full details, including the name of your plumber within minutes after calling), and the crew always arrived promptly and on time. They explained everything clearly and were efficient. Would happily use them again for any plumbing needs.

Had an emergency plumbing repair for a rental property. Literally, no one was available until next day except for Pipe Pros. The plumber I had (Fred) was professional and very accommodating for an 11pm service call. I’m very happy with the work, quality of service and people, and the fact they are locally owned and operated. I plan to use Pipe Pros for all my future needs for all my apartment buildings.

Fred helped me with my Water Heater issues, and after I had decided to just get a new one, he installed it the same day for me.
