I had a kitchen sink backup from the evening before that far exceeded my ability to clear (and I'm pretty handy). Spoke with James the next morning at 9, he was great. He was able to reschedule other work and Ben and Ryan showed up at 10 to do the job. Had both the clog removed and the Hydro Jetting Service. The guys were personable and friendly. James saved the day for me. I highly recommend them, and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Pioneer Plumbing contacted me pretty quickly after they received my request for a plumber. Very responsive from the minute we spoke on the phone. The technician, Ryan, arrived pretty quickly and is very friendly and professional. He assessed everything and was very good about explaining what he thought was going on. He made the repair and did a good job. I would definitely contact Pioneer Plumbing again.

Max from Pioneer Plumbing was a great plumber for Pioneer Plumbers. He was polite and respectful, timely and thorough in his work. He of-course did a great job installing a new garbage disposal and cleaning everything up afterwards and made sure to test to ensure functionality after the work was done. He was in and out within a couple hours. Very happy with the service. Their initial price quote was too high but they matched a quote that was lower and we got it done.

In October I hired Pioneer Plumbers to install a sink disposal as I didn't want to do it myself and I deeply regret that decision. In the course of the install the plumber broke the drain pipe to the point where it was just loose inside my wall - something he DEFINITELY should have noticed. This caused everything from my sink to flow into my wall, resulting in a $6000 remediation for my exterior siding and basement. They "fixed" the broken pipe connection, but even to this day there is a slower leak on the actual disposal install point, causing water to accumulate under my sink. Absolute amateur hour. Avoid at all costs.

This review is for the NoVa company "Pioneer Plumbers." They are the seventh plumbing company I have worked with in this area and the best by far. I hired them to do extensive work on my home and it involved Ben and Max, who were both kind, knowledgeable, and professional in the extreme. They were working for over 12 hours straight and they were just as upbeat and focused at the end as they were at the beginning. They respected my entire home and ensured complete cleanliness of the work space. As if that weren't enough, let me tell you about their unparalleled office service. Most plumbing companies? You can call from 9-5 on business days and you will speak to someone who has no idea what time it is. Pioneer Plumbing? Their main scheduler will actively text with you on a WEEKEND NIGHT to ensure that you are informed, comfortable with what the service entails, and receiving the best fixtures for the lowest price. As long as Pioneer Plumbers is in business, I will not be using anyone else. A million out of ten.

I have a small business in Annandale and have been using Pioneer Plumbers, (formerly BP Plumbers), for my commercial and home plumbing emergencies for four years now. I call them bc they've been honest, prompt, fair, and have never once quit until the job got done. We've had toilets and urinals that would not unclog no matter what and every single time they've gotten the job done. That alone would normally cost me an arm and a leg for my other services, (electrical, HVAC, ice machines and refrigerators), but when I call Pioneer, I know at the end of the day the price will be fair and honest. I cannot recommend them enough.

I contacted Pioneer Plumbers for 2 problems, a hose bib repair/replacement and clogged drain. I appreciated the option to have a virtual/FaceTime review of these problems with their master plumber. Work was efficiently scheduled (thanks James) and completed in accordance with estimate. The technician (Max) was very professional and courteous. The day after the work was completed I contacted them with a concern which they promptly reviewed and fully addressed my concern without additional cost. In my experience, Pioneer Plumbers is truly focused on customer service/satisfaction and I would recommend to others.

Quick, responsive, and professional. I contacted Pioneer Plumbing for a clogged kitchen drain. They were able to schedule a tech for the next morning. The technical arrived within the scheduled timeframe. He had a commercial grade snake and was able to clear the drain within an hour. Pricing was comparable to other places that were able to give me an estimate without having to assess it. (I was detailed on my request for quotes, clearly stating that I checked the disposal was working, it draining fine with the p-trap off, clearing the p-trap, seeing the air trap bubble up when the sink got full, etc.)

Max came out to help with our sink and he was fantastic! Super friendly, professional, and took time to explain what was going on. Excellent Service from Pioneer Plumbers! The technician showed up exactly at the time we had scheduled, which I really appreciated. He replaced our Aquasana Rhino and salt-free water conditioner efficiently and with great attention to detail. He was very professional, patient, and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything clearly when I had questions. After completing the work, he cleaned up the entire area and left it spotless. I’m very satisfied with the service and will definitely call Pioneer Plumbers again for future needs. Highly recommend!

Had Pioneer Plumbers come out for a leak occurring in hall bath. Turns out I caused the leak myself, hadn't tightened the compression valve I had replaced tightly enough. Was notified when they were on route. Ryan arrived on time, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Price was extremely fair compared to others. While he was here, I was able to ask questions about other pipes I had concerns about and I will be contacting them again for future repairs. Highly recommend!

Great overall experience with Pioneer Plumbers. Sent an inquiry on Sunday and received a prompt response (totally unexpected since it was the weekend!). They were able to identify and accommodate my schedule, arrived promptly, were very courteous, and clearly knew what they were doing. I appreciated that they took their time to explain each step of the bathtub repair and shutoff valve replacement. This made me feel confident in their work. Highly recommend.

I can see why this business has such great Google ratings. I called for a plumbing issue and they came out right away. James, who answered the phone, was incredibly nice and polite, setting a great tone from the start. I met with one of the owners, who was honest, down-to-earth, and clearly very knowledgeable. It’s a family-owned business that truly cares about their customers. I will definitely be contacting them again for any future plumbing needs!

Max did such a great job with the install of our Cloud RO system. He was efficient and explained everything very clearly. This was a system that we purchased and hired Pioneer to install for us. Max had experience with installing this system specifically and was very positive and knowledgeable. He was even so kind as to take the boxes out for us. It was nice to just have it all taken care of in a matter of an hour by a professional. Highly recommend!

Great experience from Max! We recently had a disappointing experience with another company (they had scheduling issues and rushed through the job without checking). We had called Pioneer over the weekend based on good Reddit reviews - they called back the same day and had someone out Monday morning. Max took time to go over explain the options, check everything carefully, and made sure everything worked. We will definitely use them again.
