I am extremely happy with the quality of work that Pine Country Plumbing performed and their exceptional service. I called to schedule an appointment to get two blocked toilets fixed and a leaky shower. I spoke with Mike and he was able to get me an appointment the very next day. Mike from Pine Country Plumbing is a TOP NOTCH plumber in Prescott. I reached out to him on a Saturday morning after trying 3 other companies who wanted to charge an emergency call fee of over $250 for a simple 15 minute fix under the sink at one of my rental properties. Luckily Mike understood what needed to be done and was just wrapping up another job a few mile away and said he could stop by on his way to his next job. He was prompt, professional, and didnt charge me a weekend rate since it was a quick job! Thanks for taking care of my tenant!! He is my GO-TO plumber for all future needs. Pine Country plumbing did a great job for us while we were remodeling a bathroom. Mike came over and discussed several options with us, his honesty and knowledge of the profession was apparent from our first meeting. Mike maintained excellent communication with us throughout the remodel and always was available when we had questions. Mike and his crew were always professional and prompt. We really could not have asked for better service, honest price and quality work. We will be reaching out again soon as our hot water heater is starting to fail.

Mike with Pine Country plumbing came to our HOA to help resolve a tricky plumbing problem where a grinder pump line was broken owing to too much pressure from our private Low Pressure Sewer line. He came, put in a fix and returned to find that although he worked at it and did the best he could, he was unable to fix the problem so he helped us find another company to do it AND Mike did not charge us at all since, in his words, he could not fix it. Now THAT'S not your everyday company. We are very grateful to Pine Country and especially to Mike.

Mike took on the task of replacing my main water line including a 75’ PEX run from the end of the driveway by the meter to the cabin. He also installed a hose bib by the deck. Despite getting rained out by the storm, he finished the job to perfection! Brad also assisted with the trenching portion, as well as Mike’s son Riley! They work hard and do an exceptional job. Would highly recommend these professionals for all your plumbing needs. Kudos to Pine Country Plumbing for a job well done!

Called Mike to get a quote on completing our master bath remodel to install 2 vessel sinks and complete the plumbing. So glad we did. Mike was very prompt on calling back and coming right out to quote the job and we hired him immediately. Not only was he the best price his work is impeccable. The attention to detail and the pride he takes in his work is far above any other company we have used. He has our business for ever.

We moved into our home and had several plumbing projects including a replacement for our water heater and a leak in our propane tank. Mike suggested a tankless option and prioritized his schedule to fix our gas leak! We LOVE the tankless (we had never owned one). Wonderful service and customer service I'd highly recommend to anyone. Mike came out for what I thought was a gas leak by my fireplace. Turns out the pipe just needed tightening. He fixed my issue and didn't end up charging me. I would absolutely use his company again in the future. Thank you!!

I highly recommend Pine Country Plumbing. Because he finished a job early, he was able to come out for an emergency at 4:00 on a Friday. And you can just tell, he's very authentic and does right by his customers ... Mike and his company would be the only one I would call for plumbing!

They came out quickly. They helped give us readings on our water heater so we could get parts from the water heater company. They came out quickly after parts were received and installed to get us up and running. Very reasonably priced and remained professional the entire time.

Mike was friendly and professional. We had a leaky hot water heater that was still under warranty. He did everything we needed and pointed out a few valves that needed replacing as well. I will definitely call Pine Country Plumbing with any future needs.
