had the opportunity to work with Brandon on an underground water pipe leak in my front yard, and the experience was excellent. Both the technician and the office staff were very helpful, considerate, and professional throughout the process. After my initial call, Brandon drove all the way from Vancouver, WA to my home in Tigard later in the evening to assess the situation and provide a very reasonable quote. He was extremely dedicated to his work—he even went into the crawlspace to inspect the main water pipe connection to ensure the quote was as accurate as possible. The repair required a full day to complete. To make sure I still had access to water, Brandon set up a temporary above-ground water line before finishing the permanent repair the following day. He completed the work in a timely manner, communicated clearly, and kept me updated on the progress the entire time. Once the job was finished, he helped clean up and backfilled my yard. He also went above and beyond by checking my water heater tank and helping drain it to prevent any potential clogs. Overall, I am very happy with the quality of the work and Brandon’s strong work ethic. I will definitely consider Pilot Plumbing and Brandon for any future projects or repairs. After many calls to a lot of plumbers, my service request with Pilot was quickly handled by Andy who was very helpful, honest and clear. The price was reasonable and I scheduled with Pilot to have my Rinnai tankless water heaters flushed. The tech, Andre who performed the service arrived as expected and was friendly, informative and knew what he was doing. He walked me through every step of the service and also gave me some tips for the care of my units for the future. I'm very happy with Pilot and will definitely use Pilot again.

I am absolutely blown away by the professionalism and customer service by Andrey and Jeramie who fixed a broken water heater in my home where my terminally ill father resides. I work for the military and currently live in the east coast, so I was reliant on good communication, responsiveness, and transparency to fix this problem from across the country. From start to finish, Andrey was extremely accommodating towards my dad, and worked to get hot water within a day despite some unforeseen problems. They went above and beyond to remove the broken heater out of the attic, tirelessly worked to install the new one, communicating every step of the way and ensuring my dad had hot water. It means more than words can describe to get a functioning water heater in the house with our circumstances, and I am very thankful for their compassion and professionalism. Andrey is especially a pro and I would recommend Pilot to anyone based on this amazing experience.

I loved how Andy showed up exactly on time for the estimate. He was prefaced by a text with his photo id and credentials. He showed up in a Pilot Plumbing van and so I was able to trust him immediately. Plus he's just that kind of guy. He didnt mind adjusting the estimate for changes either. Professional and friendly. Same with the installers. They did a whole repipe of my fixer mobile home I just bought. Caleb seemed to be in charge, and he knew exactly what to do and answered all my questions. He and Brandon both came in verified the same way. I love that! They were both so good at their job, never got tired of all my questions, and did fabulous work. Cleaned everything up when done. Will definitely use them again, and recommend highly!!!
