Great work and price for emergency services

Had main line break under house and Marlon came out and got to work same day. He knows what he is doing and did a great job. Totally recommend.

Installed disposal with countertop switch, soap dispenser, faucet, and dishwasher. All work was done professionally and quickly. Appointment was on time, and work was completed briskly. I would hire this firm again and will recommend them to others.

The piece of mind answering service was great, real professional, however when the “plumber” showed up he immediately “found” the pipe I had been searching for all morning said couldn’t be fixed and we need to re pipe the house. And quoted us 7,000+ for the cost! I fixed the minor leak myself yesterday for under $60.00! And I am not a plumber and the pipe was not even close to where he said he found it! I will never call on these plumbers again, I’m trying to add pictures of what constituted a $7,000 bid can’t post the pic.

Asked for emergency plumbing service, they said they would let me know when someone would be available, no call back. No one showed up.

We set an appointment up for Monday between 3-5p on 10/21. The receptionist advised the person would call when they were on their way. There was no call and no show, plus I missed an important engagement to be available for this appointment in case they were running late, life happens. Tuesday morning I called to advise of the no-call no-show were the receptionist snapped rather quickly she called me and left a voicemail. I advise that was strange since I had no missed calls (what I didn't disclose at this time was I had no voicemail set up so there is no way to leave me a voicemail). Since it's possible she called a different number, I asked her to verify my phone number which she proceeded to give me her direct phone number. We moved forward resetting the appointment to be the first appointment of Friday 10/25, where again she advised I should receive a call when they are on their way and that they would come out around 9:00 a.m. She says she is able to guarantee we would be the first appointment since we booked days in advance. This was greatly appreciated. 9:25am still no call and I do have appointments myself this day I can't afford to miss. I called another company to set an appointment with them. I called to cancel the appointment with this company, showing more courtesy than they provided us with. The receptionist advised the person was already on their way to our house but she could call and cancel. I let her know that would be perfect since I didn't receive the phone call I was advised I would get, once more. We are pretty patient and know traffic happens, life in general happens. We are not rigid but a phone call would have gone a long way and the receptionist not being abrupt when speaking with her about it. Maybe this was a one-off situation for them but there was a lack of professionalism all the way around. Very disappointing. I hope others have a much better experience with them and I wish them nothing but happiness and much success.

My wife and I just bought a house over in the Alliance area of Fort Worth. We moved in with a gas leak apparently that was missed... Very aggravating when the plumbing company that was here for the initial inspection claims they've never made a mistake. Knowing that I was going to have to foot the bill, I decided to call Piece of Mind Plumbing based on reviews. I provided the quote I received from the company who claimed to be perfect, and Marlon was able to beat the pricing. He also showed up first thing in the morning the next business day. He found more leaks that the other plumbing company missed, so I was expecting my bill to double at least, considering he was replacing a whole line now. He gave me an extremely fair price and got the work done very quickly (within 3 hours). He was very knowledgeable and beyond helpful. He stayed in touch with me with all the delays the city had. He even went out of his way to stay in the area to make sure he would be available for the inspector when they showed up. Marlon gained a customer, very happy with his service.

I am so IMPRESSED with Piece Of Mind Plumbing. I don't write these reviews often but this Gentleman Marlon deserves some appreciation. Marlon was not only professional, he was quick,accurate,friendly and best of all HONEST!!!! Not only did he quickly do my repair, but he even took the time to chit chat with not only me but my autistic son ( not many people do try speaking with him) which he was able to relate to with his own son. Everyone needs to save the contact info in your phone now I'm telling you when the time comes and you do need one good plumber he's the one. I called the office to make sure I got his name correct and come to find out he's the owner. I'm so impressed and absolutely it gave me peace of mind. He didn't try taking advantage saying this needs that and that needs this kind of BS like the plumber before him did to me. I called with an emergency leak at 3 pm and was told that someone would be able to come out between 5 and 6 pm that evening. Was very thankful. Was told to send pictures of leaking spigot so they could try and bring the necessary parts. Sent the pictures and waited. Reached out at 6:20 pm because I had not heard anything. Was told the plumber was working on another job and they would be at my house next and they would keep me posted. I called and messaged again at 7:50 pm. NO RESPONSE AT ALL. It would have been ok if they would have reached out to let us know they would not be able to make it, but to just not answer or call back was unacceptable. Went the rest of the night with the water shut off.

Marlon is our resident plumber who we reach out to when we have any issues arise. Marlon always shows up with a smile ready to conquer whatever task/challenge he may be facing. He knows what he is doing and he will figure out the issue one way or another and be sure that it is fixed correctly. Marlon treats you professionally, he is nice-funny-and customer service driven. He always acknowledges anyone in our home when he is here and he always interacts with my toddler. Thank you Marlon for being a fantastic plumber and an exceptional human! This group was phenomenal and fast working. They did a great job at keeping in contact and empathizing with our situation. It is rare to find a company that actually sticks to their promises, but Marlon and his team were amazing. I don't ever want to have a blown water heater again, but if I do, I know exactly who to call. Oh and they are football fans as well so that helped! :) They even walked me through how to fix somethin else in my house that was totally unrelated to what I paid them for. Love when I get more value than expected. Definitely living up to their name, Piece of Mind!

Marlon arrived promptly, was very friendly and very helpful! Our faucet was leaking something terrible and the old one was so calcified on that it had to be cut off. Reasonable prices is an understatement, Piece of Mind was amazingly affordable and the quality of work top tier. We will definitely only be calling Piece of Mind in the future for our plumbing needs. Don’t forget to ask them about their Military and Veteran discounts! An upstanding company that did exactly what they said they would, exactly when they said they would for a reasonable price.

I was out of town during the Great Freeze of 2024 in North Texas to find that my RPZ valve had been leaking after failing from the frozen body. I called Piece of Mind Plumbing AGAIN because they were so amazing the last time I had them out. They worked with the City of Decatur on the permits, replaced the valve and I am good to go again. Lesson learned... prepare above-ground water pipes for winter. I am grateful for the prompt and courteous service I received from the team at Piece of Mind Plumbing. Highly recommend.
