Joey at PGA was amazing! Very nice and courteous and incredibly knowledgeable! A true pleasure to work with. He was able to diagnose the water problem we were having and quickly scheduled a team to be at our home the next day to repair it! The repair team quickly repaired our problem and we are so grateful! PGA will always be our first call for our needs!!
I'm a first time home owner and had a CO problem due to a leak somewhere. WPS advised us to call someone who does HVAC. I ended up Calling PGA and the lady who answered the phone was amazing. She didnt judge me as I didn't know what I was looking for and listened to what I needed. she got a technician (Mark) got to our house the same day. He assessed our furnace and everything else related and gave us multiple options for our furnace. We did ended up getting a new furnace. Mark was very professional and amazing. He explained everything so I can understand. Today a couple technicians came to install the new furnace. they're also very professional and courteous. PGA, Thank you for the amazing people you sent out.
We had a catastrophic furnace failure that lead to whole hose freeze out and PGA was a crucial part of getting our home back up and running with a brand new furnace installed within 48 hours of my initial contact. They understood the importance and the experience was as painless as it could have been considering the circumstances and stress involved in a huge issue with sub zero temps. Thank you very much to the entire team from the office personnel to the final install team.
TLDR: Got service for caulking bathtub. Bad job and would not refix. Issued refund but took a LONG time to receive. End of day, TERRRIBLE communication from PGA. My parent's got service at their home for a few things. This was all done and paid for on 09/15/2025. Everything was done fine with exception of caulking around the bathtub. 1) The caulking was not done well 2) There was no communication as to not use the the bathtub for a given period of time I reached out to PGA and spoke with the scheduler. He told me any disputes would have to go thru his boss, Rob. He forwarded me to Rob's number, and I left a message. This was on 09/16/2025. I did not hear anything back so I reached back out on 09/24/2025 and left another message for Rob. Rob called me back on Thursday, 09/25/2025, and I explained to him what the situation was. I sent him pictures of the poor service and he said he would have to look into it and will let me know. Monday, 09/29/2025, still nothing from Rob, so I texted him. They responded and said Rob is out of the office this week at a conference in Colorado and will be back next Monday. I responded with a bit of frustration as I talked to Rob on Thursday and he NEVER mentioned that he was going to be gone for a week. I would think if he was going to be gone he would wrap up my situtation or pass it along to someone else in the organization. But we were patient, we gave them the week. Monday, 10/06/2025, still no call back or communication from Rob. I reached back out to get a status update. He finally respondeds saying he wasn't pleased with the appearance (from the pictures we provided) and that he can schedule another visit to correct the problem. I told him that we would not expect to be billed again since we already paid for this service. He said since we ran the shower too soon (reminder, the service tech never gave my parents any communication that they should wait any ceratin period before usage) he'd stil have to charge us labor. I responseded if he cannot fix it free of charge, to refund our money and we'd take our business elsewhere. No response for Rob. Wednesday, 10/08/2025, I reached back out to him. He responded that they could not redo the service free of charge and that he will issue a refund for $131.88 thru a check thru mail. I said, ok, we'll look for the refund in the mail. Wednesday, 10/22/2025, we've still have not received the refund so I reach back out. We are pretty frustrated at this point. No response again, so I reach out again on Thursday, 10/23/2025 and got a hold of someone. This person told me, since Rob supposed issued the refund, any resolution has to go thru Rob. And Rob is currently out all day in meetings and a message has been relayed to him. I expressed my frustation saying, is there no other person that can help. We've waited patiently already close to a MONTH. All this person could offer was an apology. Finally Friday, 10/24/2025, Rob responds and says check is in the mail. Not apology, nothing. I respond expressing more frustrations also saying I will leaving a bad review for them. Ofcourse he responds quickly now when he hears he is going to get a bad reivew. Thursday, 10/20/2025, my dad finally receives the refund check in the mail. So yes, PGA does do good work. But when it is not good work, good luck working with Rob on getting it resolved. DO NOT expect any kind of reasonable customer service, communication from Rob. Attached are the pictures of the serivce that was provided and my communication thread with Rob.
Came to my home on Tuesday, waiting on a quote that was supposed to be done that same day…it’s Thursday. No quote, no call back. Called them Wednesday We have no power in half the house in random rooms from a surge…not like I can sit around waiting. Called In the Light, fantastic customer service. Skip the big company- go to In The Light out of Merrill.
My well pump died. I called PGA and they had a plumber (Jared) first thing the next morning at my house to assist the job with me. His knowledge and professionalism was top notch. He had a new well pump installed and working before noon the same day! Also, he noticed the conduit and wiring needed updating and had all the supplies on his work Van so he could replace what was needed the same day! Jared needed to come back the next day to perform a water test to make sure we have safe drinking water. Over the night some debris from replacing the pump gotten clogged in my sinks, shower and toilet, i asked him if he had time to fix those issues while he was there, and he did! Jared was very professional, clean, polite, communication was great, and on time with everything! Also the staff at PGA was very easy to schedule with. JOB WELL DONE! Thank you!
The pilot light on my 3 1/2 year old hot water heater kept going out. I called the plumber who originally installed it and he came, said he could not find anything wrong with it and charged me $200. The problem continued so I called PGA. From the first phone call to the final interaction, the entire team was professional, prompt, knowledgeable, diagnosed, and fixed the problem. I ended up buying a new heater from them because the other one was not made for LP - not natural gas which is what I have, and it was damaged due to an incorrect installation. I won't waste my time going with anyone else. PGA is the BEST!
I couldn't be more pleased. I had some outlets that went out after an electrical storm. I'm not used to dealing with this type of situation by myself.When I called PGA the person who answered the phone was so friendly. I knew I chose the right company. Also the repairman was great. He let me know when he was coming and he was right on time.He quickly knew what the problem was and fixed it. And the cost was very reasonable. If I ever need any plumbing, electrical or heating repairs in the future I know who to call.
Such a wonderful man showed up as confirmed. So kind and explained what he would be doing. Gave us the estimate and went to work to fix our issue. Will definitely call PGA and ask gift for him. I am not sure about the policy of PGA’s phone procedures they have now as I wasn’t impressed with lack of caring about the customer as when I used them before. Miss the idea of them being local people. Thank goodness Mark cares about the customer!
PGA 👏 has always come to our rescue. The guys are always on time, professional, wear the blue booties (even if I tell them not to bother) and friendly...love those guys. The latest visit from PGA was a last minute air conditioning problem. Shawn was here in about 10 minutes and quickly resolved our problem. One nice thing about the service men is that over 25 years, we've gotten to be friends. We trust their experience.
This was our first time working with PGA and we are beyond impressed! Showed up promptly, diagnosed we needed a new water heater within minutes, and began installing a new one the same day. They work efficiently, and you wouldn’t even know an old, rusty, leaking water heater was removed over our white carpet. Definitely will call them again and recommend PGA to friends and family.
Losing power for a couple of days undoubtedly was a stressor. I had used PGA once before with wonderful service so I called them again because I knew they were prompt, professional, friendly and very fair in price. They set an exemplary example of what great service is. Thank you for all your help, explanations and wonderful service during this stressful time. Highly recommend!
Terrific service. Had to make an emergency call to them and they talked me through some things at 8:00 on a Saturday night and had someone there 1st thing Monday morning to complete an entire main panel replacement. Javier & Lucas were both great to work with. Pricing was very fair and will definitely use PGA the next time I have a need.
We were very pleased with your service! Logan showed up ahead of schedule. He took control of the situation, communicated extremely well with me and his boss. He was very professional in all aspects of his job. We've never had a bad experience with PGA plumbing. Would most definitely recommend.
Amazing service! We were able to schedule a plumber to install a toilet within a couple of days. He arrived at the expected time and installed our toilet with no issues at all. We really appreciate the fast response and excellent customer service. We will call PGA for future needs!
