“Kari came out and replaced our older sump pump, which had stopped working in the night. She was very knowledgeable, efficient and consciencious in her work. As our battery back up in with it no longer worked, she removed it. She also put in a new check valve for the sump pump. Would not hesitate to ask for her should we have future problems.”
“Jermaine, the service tech was very professional and explained all the options for cleaning the drain. He was able to get the drain open at 3rd attempt using the big snake drain opener. He explained options the Peterman offers with monthly contract, but was never pressured to sign. I was offered the $29 drain cleaning offer and I was very pleased.
