Peterman Brothers responded right away to my call / Donnell arrived within an hour~ of my call. Diagnosed the issue and had the right equipment to replace the broken pieces. He checked out what another plumber had misdiagnosed stating there was no problem. I’m very satisfied and will call on them again!

I really don't like this company. It's not because of the service that you receive, but the fact that they are always trying to sell you something. My husband and I purchased a HVAC system through Peterman Brother's years ago and had regular maintenance done until it became too much. Each time they came to check our system and make sure things were running correctly they kept saying we needed to upgrade this or add this. Today, at the most recent visit I asked the guy to only check the system to see if it was working correctly and be informed if anything was broken or not working correctly. I did not want anything extra like a surge protector or extra features that we did not want initially. That did not happen. He said that he was required to ask if he saw something and that he would be emailing quotes. I think this is horrible for a company to do. I understand trying to make sales, but employees shouldn't be forced to do something especially if it is expressed by the customer that they do not want it. Corporate needs to do better! Stop forcing things on customers and employees! I rated it 2 stars because maintenance was fine, but hate corporates policies. If you would like to be spammed and always sold something feel free to use this company, otherwise look elsewhere.

Braden with Peterman Brothers did an outstanding job installing our tankless water heater. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the entire process and how the system works. The installation was clean, efficient, and completed with great attention to detail. Braden was courteous, respectful of our home, and clearly takes pride in his work.
